great job!

Their pricing is competitive and the experience has been excellent. They don't cut corners and they do what I expect them to do; not what I tell them to do. This company is on-time, reliable and professional. They are an excellent company to work with.

We met with the architect and when I went to their office to talk about things they were very accommodating. We had a leak on our old roof and we were remodeling it. They came out and tarped the roof so we could finish with the remodeling. They saw that our house was all one-level and did not have any valleys in it so, since our job was a two-day job, they went ahead and put us in front of some other people and fit us into their schedule. They were very gracious in doing that because my husband is disabled and we really needed to get these renovations done; that was a great help for us. They worked along with the people who were doing the remodeling. They got the job done earlier than we had anticipated.  They were a nice group and they had short days due to the time of the year but they got the job done within a day and a half. I thought the price was a little high but the quality of the service was really good. They did everything as promised.

It was a very good experience.  The work was quality, they followed up. When things were not quite what they should have been they fixed it. 

Dennis at Ace promptly sent out the estimate. Ace was the lowest bid out of 3 companies but it impressed me that the work is done by his employees and not sub-contracted out.  He worked with me on providing some items & adjusting prices when I purchased other items. (ex: lighting, shower enclosure, etc)  He even had someone from his crew pick up my walk in shower enclosure when it wasn't received on the date I was provided when purchased.  Ace worked around by schedule and I did not have to take any personal time off from my work. 
I will continue using Ace & have recommended them to my friends & family.

The roof looks great! It was the best price we got from other estimates. They finished on schedule and cleaned up well.

They were very reasonably priced and cleaned up after themselves.

Went very well.  Told us what he could and couldn't do.  Explained what the problem was and fixed it in reasonable time.  Advised us who to call for what he was unable to do.  Charged for only what work he actually did.  Was able to do it in one visit.  We called about the stove and explined our washer problem and it got fixed the same time.  Very honest and friendly and careful.

It went really well.  They were on time, polite, and professional.

The plumber did a great job, fixed everything that was broken and cleaned up after himself. He arrived when he said he would and was very polite.

Shortly after moving into a new home, our roof began to leak. We had a home warranty and were put into contact with Ace Roofing through that. We paid a $75 deductible for them to repair our leaky roof. The first day we had an appointment with Ace to come in and check out the damage, they didn't show. No phone call, nothing. When the worker was over 2 hours late, I called Ace, and the woman on the phone very rudely told me the worker wasn't going to get to us that day and that we'd just have to wait. I told her I didn't really appreciate being treated that way when I left work early to wait for their worker, and to not even get a phone call saying they were running late and weren't going to show was very unprofessional. They rescheduled, and a week later a man showed and looked at the roof. He said they would send someone out to fix it soon. Three weeks passed with no communication from Ace as the roof leak got worse with every rain. Finally, I called back and spoke to the same woman who was rude the first time I called. She told me that the $75 we paid was only for Ace to come out and look at the problem, and that I needed to make a separate claim with the home warranty if I wanted them to actually fix the roof. After much contention and heated discussion on the phone, she finally agreed to send someone out to fix the roof without filing a separate home warranty claim. She made an appointment with me for another person to come out the following week. This time my husband left work early to be there for the repair person. Again, the worker did not show. By this point, we were fed up with Ace Roofing. My husband and I both spoke to a manager at the company who was incredibly rude to both of us. On the phone with me, he called me a "smart alec" for questioning the professionalism of his staff. At that point, our business relationship was over. Later, we received a $240 bill for roofing work that 1. we're not even completely sure was done, because Ace never even left so much as a business card acknowledging they had been back (and the roof continued to leak just as badly as ever), and 2. should have been submitted to the home warranty company per the home warranty agreement. I would never work with Ace Roofing again. Outside of the fact that our "small job" was clearly not a priority (and thus communicating with them and getting work done in a timely manner was impossible), the rudeness of the people we dealt with (both on the phone and through their total disregard of our time by not showing up) sealed that decision for me.

I'VE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE I TRUST THEIR WORK. THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND GET THE JOBS TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY. THEIR WORKERS ARE COMPLETE PROFESSIONALS AND DO THEIR JOB WELL.
