SORG JEWELERS

This was not an expensive ring, but it has great sentimental value as my husband bought it for me for our tenth wedding anniversary 22 years ago.  When I discovered that one of the diamonds was missing, the largest one of course, I was heart broken.  I asked a co-worker if they knew a jeweler that did repairs and was told to go to Sorg's.  I went in there with my damaged ring, was helped right away and the ring was taken to the jeweler who called me in a couple of days with an estimate of repair. The people there were very professional, offered me coffee or tea and were very friendly.  I was dreading the cost estimate as it was only a $500 dollar ring years ago and I was afraid inflation would greatly affect the cost of repair.  When the jewler called me, I was pleasantly surprised to find out total repairs would be only $375.00.  A week later they called and said my ring was ready. I went to pick it up and almost cried, It looked so beautiful! It looked like it did the day I got it 22 years ago, shining and brilliant! I could not tell at all that anything had been done.  There are no marks of any kind to indicate that it had been repaired at all. I could not be happier with the excellent work that was done on my ring.
