Great . Prompt courteous and complete.

The services were just fine.

Called for appointment May 1,2013. Was told someone would call back in 2 days to make appointment. On May 6th I had to call back to let them know no one called. May 8th man showed up without calling. Gave an estimate. By this time grass started getting high. Was given an estimate that was acceptable. Called to let them know I accept estimates and was told I would be getting a call to start yard work. Today I get a call from the man that gave the estimate. He said his boss stated it was to far to drive to do the yard work. Their Elkhart location is 24 minutes away from where I live per Map Quest.

They worked hard but then up and moved away. 2 plants and 1 bush have died, I am screwed now.

I felt like they did a very thorough job on our yard. Once the work was complete, they cleaned everything up nicely and communicated with me as to what they did. We had some poison ivy that needed to be sprayed then removed a week later. They showed up exactly a week later to take care of it. Overall very pleased.

Came put down lawn treatment and left......

They call before they come to verify that you still want or need service. The owner is very friendly and informative. They are very easy to work with and talk to. They are a tad higher than other companies.

Their pricing is average and the quality of the work has been good so far. I will use them again in the future.

It was around $71 or $72 for the treatment. They are very good. They are very prompt. They stay right on schedule. They are a good company. I will possibly use them again in the future.

We contacted NatureScape about problems we were having in our yard with creeping violets and various other weeds. They came out and provided us with a good assessment of what was needed in the yard to control the weeds and violets and also get the lawn looking greener. They presented us with 3 or 4 options in different price ranges so we could choice which option best fit into our budget. They never tried to up sell us on anything. It was truly our decision based on what we could afford to have done.

We decided to have them treat the violets and weeks, and also fertilize.

The technician was very honest with us about what to expect. He told us that violets are very hard to control and it would take two seasons to get rid of them and not to be disappointed if they were not gone the first year. Even though he said this, we were surprised to see improvement after the first treatment. While there are still some left, we feel confident that they will be gone next summer just as said.

I must also tell you of an incident that happened after the first treatment. When I got home that night, I noticed that a ceramic pot on my patio was broken. I assumed it was either the lawn service company we use of NatureScapes. Later that evening I received a phone call from the technition apologizing for breaking the patio pot and offering to replace it for us. While I appreciated his offer to replace it, I told him that it was not necessary as it was just a $10 flowerpot that I had bought at a thrift store. When we received our next bill, there was a $10 credit for the pot. His honesty earned HIGH marks with us and we are confident that his honesty is also reflected in his quotes.

We WiLL be contracting them again for the 2012 season.

I pay yearly and they take care of my complete lawn, fertilization, insect control, and sprinkler system maintenance, and that is turning on and off my sprinkler system. I spend $350 a year. I have no dislikes and I think that they are a good firm. They are prompt and they call when they are coming for the sprinkler system and they just take care of everything, so I have no grubs, my sprinkler works and my lawn is green. I do know that some other firms are a little cheaper.

They have done a great job so far. They are efficient, and they are great with communicating everything with me. They are always asking me if there is more they can do for me. Sometimes they leave the gate open at my house, but they are doing much better with that recently.

We have had them for a few years, and we've never had any problems with them. They are always reliable. They are going to be doing some more landscaping and tree trimming work for me. They do a good job. We have had them for five or six years now. They come out four or five times a year. If we have a problem, they come right out.

I am pleased with their services, they turn off my water sprinkler and make my lawn look beautiful. They are going to irrigate my lawn in September.
