I have had work done on a number of vehicles at this dealership. The staff has always been professional and they don't push unneeded services. This is a dealership service center, so expect prices to be higher than independent shops. I have not had any problems with the work that I've had performed here. Recently I had new rear springs, rear shocks, rear brake rotors, rear brake calipers, and four-wheel alignment completed. I trust leaving my specialty cars with the service manager (Troy at this writing) and the service writer I see most often (Thomas). They listen to what concerns I might have and respond/react accordingly. The only complaint is the hourly rate, but once again, it is a dealership so I expect it to be higher.

The oil change was fine, the problem is that we have asked many times to let us know if other services are needed when we take our vehicle to them for service as it is a real inconvenience not to have it and we would rather get most repairs completed when it is there instead of needing to arrange another date for repairs. After having talked to the manager several times about this and our requests going unheeded once again we finally started looking for another service provider. We found one very close to where we work and low and behold they charge about 1/3 what this company does. That was a really nice bonus but the fact of the matter is we didn't change providers because of costs, we just wanted our desire to be heard to be acknowledged. Because they couldn't motify their process we'll probably never take our vehicles back there for service and will look for another place to buy them as well.

Fast, clean, efficient and very knowledgeable. Great waiting area while service is being done. Explained all the work performed and made recommendations for future service.
