Chris the repair technician was very professional, explained my options and even helped me consider whether, given the manufacturer's warranty, the machine was worth repairing (it wasn't).  I definite will call on Ed's Appliance Store for any future appliance repairs and recommend them to others.

I had a dryer making rubbing noises. I called Ed's and scheduled an appointment. They came on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Here's the deal, we've used Ed's whenever a large appliance, pump, you name it needs to be fixed. Over the years, we've used them several times and have never been disappointed. You won't regret using Ed's!

Tne technision was here 15 min. befor designated time . Was very plsant and went right to work. when finished he showed me the worn parts and explained how they workep. Then he cleand up the lint that fell out and then I paid and he left
. Time here less than an hour.

I thought that it went fine. The dryer hasn't made any noise since then.

Tech was right on time both visits and completed the work in a timely manner. Terry was very polite and worked efficiently. We will not hesitate to use this service again.

The problem with our drier was in our own electrical box. Terry located problem and repaired it quickly.
He is friendly, neat, and prompt. We have him come from 30 miles away because he we like his work.

Was unable to find the problem , Possibly the memory board on my

.washer. The washer was 11 yrs old so I decide to buy a new one.

C alled to make an appointment, they said they had a cancellation and could come within the hour. The technician showed up promptly, assessed and fixed the problem within a half-hour.

I would recommend Ed's to all. We called in the morning and the repairman came out that afternoon. He was professional and took care of the problems with both washer and dryer in forty minutes.

Ed's Appliance Store has reasonable prices. They repair all kinds of appliances, like washing machines, dryers and refrigerators. The don't sell appliances, they just repair them. They've been in business for about 30 or 40 years. They're here on time.

I had a 1:00 PM appointment, so I took a half day off work to be there to get my refrigerator repaired (I hoped it could be fixed). I got a call from Ed's at 1:00 saying the tech was running a little late, but would be there. That was a good call to get and most places don't bother to let you know they are running late. Unless you have the first appointment of the day, it's not unreasonable to have a delay in later appointments. Rather than wondering if they'll show up, they called to let me know what was going on. The driver called a bit later to let me know he was on his way. Another nice touch.
The repair was fairly minor and was completed pretty quick. We've used Ed's for repairs to dryers, washers, garbage disposal and I think a sump pump over the years and they have always done a great job. They are always the first call we make if an appliance isn't working right. Highly recommended.

Washer was checked out thoroughly.
Three large loads of water were run through - hot and cold.
All connections were checked.
Washer was checked to make sure it was level.

He did not charge us for either call. Washer is fine now. We were very happy with the service we received.

The repairman worked on it for over a hour doubled checking all the connections. Nothing tested out to be bad. He thought he had figured it out with a loose connection. He left. It did not work after he left. Same thing happened again. He came back the next day and double checked all the connections again, no charge and it has worked properly ever since. No parts had to be purchased. I would call them again if one of my appliances breaks down.
