We are very pleased with Russ's professionalism and attention to detail. He was in our house for eight days and cleaned up thoroughly after his work each day. His painting work was impeccable. Regarding the tile backsplash, there was one minor part that we didn't think looked right at first (at least partially due to uneven shapes in the stone tile); Russ listened to our concerns and voluntarily reworked a section of the backsplash to ensure our satisfaction. In the end, we are extremely satisfied with all of Russ's work.
