Excellent job! We mistakenly tried Sears service first. Sears gave us a five hour window. After waiting for five hours, Sears called to reschedule for two weeks later. Then I found Grady Styles through the web. He scheduled an appointment to match my schedule. His total charge was less than Sears would have been. He fixed the problem quickly.

Mr. Grady arrived on time. He repaired our washer as fast as he could and cleaned up completely. His charges were very reasonable. What more could you expect?

We tried local businesses as well as tried to order a part for our GE Profile Refrigerator on line. We sent pictures of our part and was promised they would get back to us. No reply!!! Also ordered a part from Louisville which cost $10 to mail back. They had guaranteed us it would work. Ours had two wires theirs had three my husband questioned it, but they said no this part is discontinued and this will replace it. FINALLY , I typed in GE repairman in 47203 area and GRADY'S APPLIANCE REPAIR came up. Wow, he looked it up called and ordered right in front of us so we heard the cost. Honest, good, knowledgeable man. We will call him again and will tell all our neighbors and friends.

Found Grady's Appliances on the Home Advisor site. Needed repair work on the ice dispenser on refrigerator. Completed the questionnaire on the Home Advisor site and Grady called within one hour and discussed the problem; he understood that it may take a new kit but wanted to take a look first before ordering it. Scheduled appointment for the next day. Grady was on time and diagnosed the issue and repaired right then. Great customer service, knowledge, and expertise. Highly recommend Grady's Appliances!

The ice maker had not been working for over a year and the strangest thing happened in that the morning of Grady's appointed time to check it out, it started working! I guess he sent his magic before him! Maybe the line had been frozen and thawed out, otherwise I'd say he's a miracle worker. He did charge partially for the visit, which I guess is understandable.

Mr. Styles was very conscious of cost. My refrigerator has a turbo boost mechanism that I have never used and wasn't really aware it was there,and apparently wasn't working. Mr. Styles could have advised me that I must have it repaired but told me it was an option. He only did the work that was required and I appreciate his honesty. I would use him again.

He was easy to work with, quick and knows what he is doing.

He is helpful as he can be for everybody. He is a servant.
