I called around 1:00 pm. They came shortly after 6 pm the same day. The 2 techs determined the problem (which was much different than a tech from another company had suggested but never followed through on) but didn’t have the part. We paid $160 for the service call and diagnostics. They got the part the next day, installed it, and everything works great. Paid an additional $104 for the part and installation. Very, very, pleased.

They did all they could, but in the end the appliance could only be replaced.

Mr. Styles (Grady) replaced an old, 1960s in-wall gas oven with a new one when our old one quit working. He worked with us to ensure the new one we ordered would fit in the existing wall/cabinet space. Even so, since the cabinet was built to fit around the old oven, he had to do quite a bit of work to get the new one to fit perfectly in the old one’s place and to look like it always belonged there. He also had to make old gas fittings work with a new gas oven. He went above and beyond to make it work and make sure we were happy with the results. We couldn’t be more pleased. We were also expecting to pay an arm and a leg for all the work he had to do, to the point that when he handed us the bill, we questioned if he had miscalculated it because it was much lower than we thought it would be. He was also unfailingly polite and just an overall nice and honest man. He will be the first person we call if we ever need work done on an appliance again.

Mr Grady was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the appliance over, making sure it was working as it should. I would not hesitate hiring him again for appliance repair. We were very impressed at how quickly he called and then how quickly he was able to come. Thanks.

So far Grady's is awesome. He came out on a Saturday to diagnose the problem with my stove. Now we are waiting on the part to get it fixed. Definitely would recommend him so far to anyone.

He was only here a short time maybe 15 min. and had it fixed. I would not hesitate calling Gradys appliances again. He came when he said he would. Highly recommend.

Had them come out and install a dishwasher. They removed the old cabinet and ran electrical and installed the dishwasher to great job

Grady showed up exactly on time and found my problem. He ordered a replacement part and repairs were made. He was extremely nice, didn’t leave me a mess to clean up and his pricing was reasonable. I’d have him back in a heartbeat if I needed other appliance repairs. Totally satisfied.

I am new in the area and always hate having to find new service people to use. Grady was a good choice. He came in, explained his fee structure to me and went to work. Very professional but friendly. Although it has only been one day, the dishwasher is working great. I am always shocked at prices these days but his seem to be reasonable.

He is a gentleman and was on it to help me get my fridge repaired. Very polite. He was on time and very thorough, task oriented and gave me great recommendations. He explained how things were going and was very presentable.
