I've been using them for a year or more. They file how you like your haircut. No matter who cuts your hair, they bring up your file and do a pretty good job, no matter who does it. They keep track of what you like.

They provide excellent service. I take my wife down there and they take special care of her because she has cancer. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend them.
