Danville Body Shop

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The original body work took over 6 days to have repaired when originally I was told 2-3 days. I began to notice the paint was rubbing off on various parts of the doors with just wiping a finger across. Since that time I have had to return on 2 different occasions to have portions of the doors repainted. Each time I called about the paint, I was told that they were busy and would have to schedule the repair for the next week and I would need to call them back to schedule. It took about 2 weeks for me to schedule the first repainting and approximately 4 weeks to schedule the 2nd repaint job. In addition to the long delay in setting up the repair, the shop neglected to call me for pick-up each time and took 2-3 more days to complete the work each time. I have also had to have a new seal placed on the front passenger side door. When I went to pick-up the car for this repair, they even tried to charge me for the seal even though they neglected to check the seal on the replacement doors. I was washing my car this weekend and noticed more paint that is rubbing off. I called today and was told that the paint was no longer warrentied!!!!!!
