In 2005 I purchased my new Prius from LakeShore and it turned out to be a disaster!
Thought I'd give them another chance 9 years later. Left... Nothing has change.
Ended up calling Carmax and ordering over the phone, drove up to WI (new car/Toyota dealership). Only took a few hours and pricing was a huge difference between "automatic low" "non-negotiable" pricing that LakeShore had!

I had no problems with them except I had to have some parts replaced under warranty and they had to send out for them and I thought that was kind of ridiculous. We had to wait like a week. The people were very polite and everyone seemed to be professional but the business of waiting for a part got to me. I got rid of that car so I won't be using them in the future. I had no problems getting appointments and getting in, they did the work fairly quickly.

I purchased a used truck off there lot. I can only say that you will not find a group of nicer people. I bought the truck as is no warranty. I stopped in one day to see if I could get a report of any work that had been done to the truck prior to placing it on the lot. The salesman had told me some of the things that had been done but I wanted a more complete list. The sales manager had a list of repairs that were done printed off for me. One of the items that he read off that was repaired was a mirror. I asked which one and he said the driver outside. He asked why and I told him the passenger outside was not working. Even though I had purchased the truck as is with no warranty. He had the salesman make arrangements to bring it back to have the mirror looked at. When I brought it in for this service I had hardly sat down when they came and got me they found the problem and would have to order the part from GM. Called me the next day and said they had found the part sooner than expected. And if I had time to stop in they could replace that day. I took it in and again had hardly sat down and it was done. Great Sales and Service.

They were very prompt and informative. The people that work there are very nice and the place is very clean. They are easy to work with. I thought it was nice that they held a meeting for all their customers who had recently purchased a vehicle from them to answer questions and things like that.

I liked the fact that the delivery was so very fast and I wouldn t mind recommending this place to others. With the family discount I received, I don t know what the price was in total.
