Description of Work: Had drywall, flooring, and tub replaced (previous tub had no lip to keep the water from pouring into the wall if a leak occurred from the shower). Had flooring, drywall, carpet, and flashing around dormer windows replaced, as previous flashing had rotted and water was getting into living room wall and flooring. All new drywall painted. |I even had a problem later with a small leak caused by poor seal around tub faucet, contacted them, and they came and fixed it at no charge. |I could not be happier with their work. They may be a little more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for with them. |EXCELLENT contractor.

Description of Work: No services performed at this time. All we can comment on at this time is the professionalism, Punctuality and knowledge. Which we graded all three cataglories with A's. I was impressed with his knowledge most of all. I got the impression, by different things he would bring up, that it was a result of understanding that was acquired through experience & deep, extensive learning. One more thing I will mention, he was personable. I have not received my estimate on the jobs I want done yet, so I can not comment on anything at this time but my first impression & professionnalism, punctuality and knowledge.

 + 0 moreWe asked for a bid on roofing our house. Their bid was the highest of four bids, and they seemed least eager for the work. They came highly recommended by a home inspector, so I am confident they could have done a good job had their price been better.
Description of Work: The bid was to remove and replace roofing on our single story house. Their estimate of square footage was higher than any other bid, and their cost was also higher.

 + 4 moreTheir work was excellent and they put the room back to it original condition. They completed the job quickly and in the time they had estimated. While there may have been slightly cheaper estimates out there, the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their respect for our home made them the company that I would want to work with in the future.
Description of Work: Heidorn Construction was very professional, efficient, and skilled. They had to repair foundation, siding, and drywall and then fix the floor and wallpaper. There had been an accident that did damage to our home. They came the next day for an estimate and then began the repair with two days. They cleaned up after themselves completely.

 + -1 moreWe talked to many contractors about this job, but only Heidorn's estimator climbed on the roof, to make sure they could work around our existing skylights. He also showed us a screened room they had built. Tim worked with us, giving us ideas on how to better use our space, but still keeping with our original design. The project got off to a slow start due to the wet weather we had last winter. However, once the weather cleared up, they were here working on our project. From laying the rock under the deck to installing the screens and reseeding the lawn, everything was done with care. Steve, the owner, came on site every week to check the progress. We had easy access to him for any questions or concerns. They took care of keeping us posted as to when each part would be done, and even scheduling with Bassmeiers to bring out the hot tub. He said we'd be sitting on the porch in early spring and we were!
Description of Work: We had an addition built which included a Timbertech deck and 16 x 16 screened room.
