Scheduling and the quality of customer service have both been fine. The optometrist was knowlegdeable and courteous.

They have remodeled the store, which should make it more convenient. The wait time does seem longer now. Although, they'll text when your order is ready so that you can shop while you wait. I'd rather just get my prescription faster.

I will use them again in the future.

We use them quite frequently for my husband as he has blood pressure medicines. I had a real negative experience. My doctor had called in my prescription and said it will be ready for me when I get there which was maybe ten minutes from the office. I got there and they said it was not ready and I would have to come back in an hour so I just walked around the store, did some shopping, and went back in an hour. The girl that was working in the pharmacy very rudely said to me, and ldquo;I cannot fill your prescriptionand rdquo; and I said, and ldquo;Why not? It was called in.and rdquo; She said, and ldquo;Because you don't have a yellow cardand rdquo; and I said, and ldquo;I don't know what you mean by yellow cardand rdquo; and she said very rudely, and ldquo;your doctor should have given you a yellow cardand rdquo;. I said, and ldquo;He didn't say anything about a yellow cardand rdquo; and she said, and ldquo;You have to have a yellow card to get this prescription filledand rdquo;. Well, she refused to fill the prescription so I went back to my doctors and told them about it. They had got my prescription mixed up. They were giving me a prescription for pregnant woman, which certainly I am not. The nurse called back to the pharmacy, I went back and the pharmacist saw me as soon as I walked in. He came over to me and he apologized. I just told him that she was very rude to me but then they still made me wait for forty-five minutes to get back to me. I felt that they had made a mistake about the prescription and they were very rude to me. I had no idea what was going on and it was their fault. That girl that worked there should have been the one to come and apologize to me not the pharmacist. Looking at me she would have known; which maybe a compliment because I am sixty-four years old, so there is no way that I would be pregnant. She should have known that. That was a horrible, horrible time for me and especially when I had to stand there with an aching foot. That was a bad experience for me. My doctor's office called them and told them that because of the trouble they caused me, I should not have to pay for this prescription, which was our insurance; it was only like $3 or something. However, they still made me pay for it. The only reason why I would go back is that they do have the lower prices, they are very convenient and they do have generic drug stores too. My husband is the one who uses them mostly for hi blood pressure medicines. So we probably will use them unfortunately until something better comes in. However, I was very dissatisfied.

I just call in my prescriptions and they always have it ready for me when I go up there. There is just one attendant that I don't like, but, the general experience has been very good.

They are pretty reliable and their pricing is reasonable as well. The people who work there don?t seem to be very knowledgeable.

I get a monthly prescription filled due to the $4 price. I like the email reminders they send telling me it is ready. This is a great service. The staff is always helpful. The one thing I do not like about this pharmacy is their selection of psuedephedrine cold medicines behind the counter is very small.

They're courteous, timely, reasonable, available and answer questions for you.

I was told they could change. They came back two hours later and no work had been done, and they did not call to inform they could not do anything.
