THEY MADE ME WAIT IN LOBBY 30 MINS AND THEN IN EXAM ROOM 45 MINS BEFORE SEEING ME, AND I WAS ON TIME FOR SCHEDULED APPT. NO APOLOGIES MADE. THE VET WAS VERY NICE BUT NOT AT ALL THOROUGH LOOKING OVER MY DOGS (DIDN'T EVEN LOOK IN MOUTHS OR EARS) AND TRIED HARD TO UPSELL ME TO MORE SHOTS THAN I HAD REQUESTED. ALSO SOLD ME 3 MEDICATIONS FOR ALLERGIES THAT NEW VET LATER SAID WERE TOTALLY UNNEEDED AND EVEN DANGEROUS FOR MY DOGS. PRICES WERE MUCH HIGHER THAN MY PRESENT VET , WHO IS MUCH BETTER DOCTOR.
Description of Work: GENERAL CHECKUP, HEARTWORM AND SHOTS FOR 2 DOGS. ALSO ON SECOND OCCASION TREATED SEVERE ALLERGY IN MY DOG.

THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY, AND SPACIOUS. I WAS GREETED WARMLY BY THE OFFICE STAFF, AS WAS MY DOG. THE VET WAS VERY PATIENT AND RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS, AND HER ASST. WAS PLEASANT AS WELL, AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE STRESS MY DOG WAS EXPERIENCING, AND HAD EXPERIENCED ON A RECENT VET VISIT TO ANOTHER VET. THEY MANAGED TO CALM MY DOG AND GIVE HIM HIS BORTADELLA WITHOUT DIFFICULTY. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. SPENCER HIGHLY.
