Very well. They were great. I think they are pretty competitive. They are priced in the right range.

They are terrific. They are great vets. They do everything to the dog for 45 bucks and they're free for a week and a half. They're a lot cheaper.

Dr. Oxley was professional and friendly, she cares about your pet. I've been there several times for the same symptom that my dog had, and she has always been helpful in giving effective treatment.
Their frontdesk staff needs to bring better attitude to work. There was one time that I asked if she can walk me through the itemized charges as some titles are not self-explanatory to me. I also asked about any possibility for cash discount (some vets have discounts if you pay out of pocket). She grow very inpatient and said there's no such a thing. Neither did she take the time to explain how I was charged for each procedure. A bit uncomfortable for me.
Also there is an error number on my dog's profile that I pointed out to them three times. They said they'd fix it in the computer system, but every time I go or receive a print out, it's still wrong information.
Their price is a bit on the higher side but still reasonable. My dog was vaccined in Greentown Animal Hospital for $10 a shot three years ago (maybe that was a preferential rate I don't know, I only have the bill to it). VCA charged me $30.

I've been using them for three years. They have several veterinarians there. They are very concern with your pets and know exactly what they were doing. They are also reasonable with their price.

VCA Village Park Animal Hospital is very good. They are a little expensive for a nail trim. I like the way the staff is. You can tell the genuinely love animals and are not just there for a paycheck. They know my dogs by name and it's not like Mr. and Mrs. Davis, they actually know the dogs.

He did a great job, he is an ex-veteran and I was very happy with him.  In the same week, our sub pump stopped working and he came right away.  I didn't have to wait and he did a good job on that too.  I would use him again.

We actually changed vets. We saw them when we needed to. They used to be our primary vet. We've always had good service. We probably went there for 12-15 years. The vet we went to retired. I like a couple of the vets, and I don't like some of the other ones so much, which is why we changed. I think the staff is friendly. They helped us out with anything we needed it.

The staff is great with all dogs and their owners. Some of the techs have not been as comfortable with the animals but they are training and this is part of their learning process. The VMD's have been great at helping me learn about our dog and some of the things we should expect as well as explanations for various things. When we took her to get spayed they were very gentle and caring and took time with us when we picked her up to make sure we understood what needed to be done at home. I do think that we purchased and paid for unnecessary medications as she was fine, and I ended up getting pre-op blood work done. I felt a little pressured for this- the whole "mom" guilt kind of thing in case something were to go wrong. After talking with others I think it was probably not necessary, but it was my decision to go ahead with it.

The front office staff were all responsive and friendly. The technician that came in to the exam room first was very helpful in answering questions and explaining the different vaccines and medications - this is our first dog. After a short wait, the vet came in and examined the dog and thoroughly explained how to apply the Front line Plus. He was interested in how she was adjusting to home life since leaving the shelter and overall was very calm and gentle with our dog. When our dog started to become stressed about the shot he backed off until she calmed down so as not to stress her out further. After that, she relaxed and he gave her the shots. The staff called the next day with the results of her fecal testing which were negative. I will definitely continue to take our dog to VCA.

It was great. The staff and Dr. Spencer were very nice. We just moved here and Dr. Spencer was able to help us with a problem that previous vets had not successfully treated.

I have a Shih Tzu groomed usually by VCA, Rebecca and have been going there for maybe three years. For the most part I am satisfied, however it seems that like they think that since she isn't a show dog and is only just getting a short trim cut, it doesn't matter if she looks good or not. I pass it off because I mainly go there due to the price, which by the way I just noticed they are supposed to give Sr. Citizens discount and I have never gotten. This is also her vet doctor too, which is handy.

She went monthly to be groomed by Natalie. Natalie did an excellent job with her. I don't exactly remember the price, it's just an estimate.

A+! They have been very supportive and kind to both of our dogs, even when we had to put them to sleep. I can not say enough about VCA!

I have been going to VCA Village Park for a number of years. Dr's Nichols and Spencer have always been great. The office staff is always happy to see my dogs. The operation went well with no complications. My dog is rather hyperactive, so they worked with me to find methods of keeping her calm and keeping her from messing with the affected area.

Very friendly and concerned about our pets. On time appointments. Responsive to our questions via phone- the vets will call back to discuss. Our cats seem to behave better there than they do at home.

Not the groomer but the assistants that were giving me the cats to take home were not nice at all. I got there and they they just seemed disinterested and didn't seem to have any enthusiasm whatsoever in their job. Though everyone can relate to that I was just a little put off by their demeanor in handling my cats. I would not go back.
