THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME

The weather was super cold with big snow around new year, but Bea came as scheduled, taking care of my cat, the plants and the mail, and do the extra work to check my house for any sign of water issue, leaving the faucet dripping, etc. Thank you so much!

They did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. They are very consciences about my home. They even took out the trash.

This is our second opportunity to use Sue for caring for our cat(s) while we were gone.  Previously, Sue cared for our two cats, but now we are down to one elderly cat.  She emails upon her first home visit (she will email every day if requested), leaves detailed daily observations, and the house/litterbox are totally clean when we return home.  Highly recommend her!

Sue was very responsive to my inquiry and scheduled a pre-home visit immediately.  When we returned from our vacation, the house was clean, litter box clean, mail and newspapers waiting in the kitchen, along with a written note of how the week went.  Very pleased with Sue's service and will definitely use her in the future.

We could not be happier with TNPLH. We met Sue (the owner) and Kathy (who performed the service) a week or so prior to our vacation. It is obvious that they have been doing this for a long time and they know their business. It is nice to chat with fellow cat lovers and they immediately put our minds at ease.
Kathy agreed to visit our two kitties for at least 30 minutes every day. We gave her a house key and that was it! Kathy fed the cats, cleaned the litter box and also took in the mail and newspapers. We came back to a nice note and a spotless litter box area. Kathy left us a nice note. There were toys all over the house, so she obviously played with them too.
We will certainly be using TNPLH again in the near future. It is great to know that we need not worry about the cats while we are away. They seemed no worse for wear and forgave us for leaving them in only a few hours :)

Sue and TNPLH are wonderful pet sitters. They take great care of our pets and leave detailed notes about what our girls are doing while we are away. We are very particular about who takes care of our pets because they are a big part of our family and we have always felt completely comfortable leaving them in the hands of TNPLH.

She does a super job! She kept our animals happy and our flowers watered during the extreme heat. I always do not worry when we are away because she does a great job.

I got their recommendation through Angie's List.  I used them primarily because I had a coupon from Angie's List but also because they were rated excellent.  I believe its $15 a day but the Angie's List coupon was for twenty percent off, of the whole amount so it turned out to be $12 a day.  She came right away to meet us and she was very punctual.  She emailed me every day so communication was good.

We had a very positive experience with TNPLH.  Kathy came twice a day to check on the cats.  Every day she sent me an email to let me know how they were doing.  One of my cats is in end stage kidney failure and although there wasn't anything extra they had to do for him, they would have taken him to the vet if need be.  My other cat alway stresses out when we leave and has a flare up of a kitty herpes virus causing her to sneeze a lot.  This time she had no flare up so her stress levels must have been very low due to the excellent care she received.

I was very pleased with the service we received and will use them again.

We have had Sue watch our dogs for many years, and actually through several dogs! We had a very shy female in the past and she "won her over". We now have a shy male & during this last 8 day visit, she "won him over" as well. We were a little worried, leaving our shy boy for so long (our female is very outgoing!), but Sue put our minds at rest. She sent daily texts on the progress she was making & even sent me a picture of the dogs. I feel the fees are very reasonable for the service provided. Our dogs are family members, so it is important to us to know we can leave them for a few days & know they will be well cared for. Sue definitely provides that for us.

I have used this service since July 2011 for pet sitting and house sitting. To sum up my experience...they are WONDERFUL! Kathy takes care of my 3 cats, feeds the fish, sets out the trash cans, and gives me a written update on each cat every day she is there. I highly recommend this business and continue to use them.

Sue Doeppers took care of our 7 household cats and 2 outside feral cats. She fed them, changed their water and played with them. Sue always does an outstanding job for us.
