Chris' judgement is WONDERFUL! He has a knack for knowing just when to get a mow in between rains, without mowing too often. I also appreciate that he is willing to ride his mower carefully around all of my baby trees and to overlook the wildness of my larger trees and bushes. (He has to duck in some places.) He also does some trimming in the front yard. I think if I were willing to pay him more, he would trim more, but what I pay now is just right in terms of what I can afford, and good value for the money. My huge yards look a lot better than when I was trying to care for them all by myself.

I have used Monaco Mowing for the last 2 years and have been extremely satisfied with Chris and his crew. I have prepaid for the mowing season which gives me a couple of free visits and the cost is very reasonable for my yard. I would recommend Monaco Mowing without hesitation.

It is ongoing and he is doing a great job. I have no complaints. I do not have to worry about the lawn. i know it will be taken care of.

I prefer the flexibility of contacting them when I think my lawn looks shaggy, although I'm sure they would do it on a schedule if I wanted. Chris is extremely responsive - I drop him an email whenever I want service and he responds in email within a business day, is very courteous and friendly, and has always had the work completed in the time frame requested. (I'm not in a hurry - within a week is fine with me; I haven't asked for tighter scheduling.) The yard looks very tidy when they are done. If I ask to trim a little shorter or longer next time, they oblige to my complete satisfaction. I receive a bill in the mail each month, which is convenient.

Monaco's service was only"decent" to begin with, although as THE CUSTOMER we had to point out mistakes and oversights in the care of our well manacured lawn almost every week. The initial trimming did NOT include trimming the driveway or small walks. We were told that would be an additional "initial" and weekly charge. It had to be done, so we agreed to that service. Monaco uses a zero turning mower, which as evident by the ruts and terrible damage to our yard ... they (he - Christopher) does not understand how to operate. In late June, he totally destroyed our yard! He corresponded to us via email in a totally unprofessional manner and would not admit or even investigate his neglect of our yard. He included this quote by Enzo Ferarri in his email ... "The customer is NOT always right"! ~~~ totally unprofessional in my opinion! Would you want to conduct business with a company that operates by that philosphy? I will not and suggest you look elsewhere for your lawn maintenance too. Note: we have several pictures of the damage, but the files are too large to send via Angies List website. Sorry. The damage evidence is captured on my computer and I could send to you upon request via email.

I have used them for about 3 months now. They are efficient and on time. They are very caring of my lawn. They are also very easy to work with.

He is very easy to work with. He is very service oriented and pays great attention to detail. He mows on the right day and at the right height. If the yard doesn't need to be mowed or if it had just rained, he does not do the service.

They were very nice. they did very well. they were punctual, prompt, and clean. there pricing was adequate. I would recommend them and use them again.

CHRIS IS ALWAYS POLITE WHEN HE MOWS AND MAKES SURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. HE MAINTAINS A REGULAR SCHEDULE AND (AT THIS TIME) PERFORMS THE WORK HIMSELF. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR THE PERSONAL SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK THAT HE PROVIDES.

CHRIS STARTED HIS BUSINESS IN 2003. HE IS CONSCIENTIOUS AND RELIABLE. WHEN WE WERE OUT OF TOWN, HE MADE A POINT OF CALLING US TO GET AN OK TO MOW THE LAWN DUE TO UNUSUAL RAIN AND RESULTING GROWTH OF THE GRASS. HE ALSO INDICATED WHEN IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO MOW DUE TO WEATHER CHANGES. VERY COURTEOUS, AND HAS A GOOD WORK ETHIC.
