I would rate them highly in all aspects. They are very helpful, and they answer any questions I have. They call in if there are problems with the prescription, and they call the doctor, the service, the insurance or whatever. They will fill prescriptions, and if they don’t have what I need, which is very rare, they get it for me and tell me to rest, so it’s very well done. I will continue to use them for my prescriptions.

I am writing to compliment Meijer in Carmel and in particular one of its managers Brian Kramer on the positive way I was treated as a customer. I had purchased a patio furniture set there in late March. It was a large set, so I had to have a contractor transport it from the store to my home and then assemble it. A couple of weeks after it was assembled and placed on my back porch the set started to rust badly and it stained my patio. I talked with Meijer customer service and they told me to bring it back and they would credit my account. I had the same contractor return it and got the refund. Then I inquired whether I could get some sort of compensation for the amounts I paid the contractor. I spoke with Brian about this and he said I should submit the invoices from the contractor. After I did that, Brian then arranged for me to receive a refund for those costs as well. I suspect that other stores would have tried to resist both the refund for the cost of the set and the refund for my associated costs. Because of this positive treatment, I am inclined to do much more of my shopping at Meijer.

I eventually got what I needed, but could not get any help; I had never done it before and am not super savvy about this. I finally got a clerk's attention but only short, curt answers and just had to muddle along. The photos were good quality and good price.

The clerk gave good instructions on how to use the equipment that let me quickly select the desired photographs. Good quality product.

First I tried ordering the cake via telephone, but due to the accent of the worker I had to physically go to the store's bakery to place the order. I asked for a yellow cake with green and blue icing on the sides and red writing on the top. The lady sprinkled circle confetti on top for a nice effect. The cake was delicious! Better than another large chain grocer's cakes.

Their price is pretty good and they have a special around thanksgiving every year. My only complaint is that it is hard to find someone to help you in that area.

We take our digital pictures here to get developed. They do a great job at a great price.
