Mailbox Pro

We called, and The Mailbox Pro immediately got back to us with what they would do, when and how much. Cost was about comparable (a few $$ less) to the competitor, but they could complete the job about 1 1/2 weeks earlier than the competitor. When it was time for the replacement/installation of the new structure, we were notified in advance of the day and time. The actual work was completed on the day and at the time they said they would do it. Very pleased.

Tim Loftus removed the old mailbox and replaced it in just a little more than an hour. He worked efficiently... and creatively as he had to adapt how to attach the newspaper tube.

Great. No disturbance of area and all remains of broken post and old mailbox removed.

Better than I expected. Tim picked up a mailbox I ordered on line; and had it installed before I knew he was coming. I would have replaced the old one a couple of years ago if I knew it was this easy

Tim responded within a few hours to my message and quoted me a very good price. He came out and replaced the post which was matched to the post type required by our HOA and reattached the mailbox very securely. He gave us the Angie's List discount and replaced the copper base at no charge. Super efficient and professional. Highly recommend this company!!

Called Mailbox Pro on Wed Dec 14th was told price which was very good (high est at $300 and Mailbox Pro came in at $145) half the cost. They said could replace on Monday 19th but instead the owner was out on Friday Dec 16th and had the post replaced and mail box intact in very quick time that my family didn't even know he had been there. Left bill in box with a sweet note. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends.

It couldn't have been better. It was just as easy as pie, from the moment he gave an estimate and came the next day and got it done.

I can't speak highly enough of Tim and his professionalism. Great work, took away the old rotting and broken post and did it all for a great price. I don't think I'll ever see him again, but if you need a mailbox post replacement you'd be making a mistake calling anyone else. Thanks Tim!!!

Great. Tim fixed the problem the same day. When I asked him to send me a bill, he said the work was free because he was already in the area. He had previously provided a new mailbox and post. The service was great.

Tim came over on a cold and snowy day to take out the old mailbox and post and install a new one. The new mailbox looks great and is very sturdy and steady. He did a great job.

We needed a new mailbox because our was hit by someone over Thanksgiving weekend. We randomly found The Mailbox Pro via a google search and Angie's List. Our HOA actually recommends another company, but their prices were significantly higher. Price was the main reason we picked The Mailbox Pro. We were able to pick out the box (color and size) via their website along with the font, including color. We paid online via Paypal and immediately received a confirmation email. Since our old box was so damaged, I emailed service to see how long it would be before installation. Tim responded within a short time and said our box was in production and set to be installed the following Monday. When we came home, the new box was on the post, and the box is great. The metal handle alone is worth going with The Mailbox Pro. It is much sturdier than the old plastic one. Order time to installation was approximately one week at a significantly lesser cost than other vendors.

Our contact with Tim was initiated via email. Within a few hours, he had responded with a phone call and a follow up email to us with an itemized quote. We selected our mailbox and placed the order within 24 hours. Tim's projected date for installation was 5 or 6 business days. We placed our order on Tuesday, November 22nd, and the mailbox was installed on Friday, the 25th! The quality of both the mailbox and the installation are excellent. We would highly recommend this company.

Spoke to Tim on Tuesday and said he would be out to repair the next day. He was able to straighten without having to replace the whole mailbox and post. He did a great job.

What a surprise to find our new, beautiful, large, sturdy mailbox installed just a few days after placing our order! Tim arrived early in the morning and was just finishing up the trim when we noticed him outside busily working. I had selected the color and size of our new mailbox; the style and finish of our cedar post; and the color, font, and lettering on our box - Tim had assembled everything to our specifications! Tim requests payment AFTER the work is completed - no down-payment is required. We are very happy customers, the curb appeal of our home is much improved, we have THE BEST mailbox on the block, this mailbox will definitely endure all the seasons to come.

Worth every penny spent! They were able to provide a quote via email after I explained what was needed and sent them some pictures. That was very convenient for me.
