Locke and Ladder went above and beyond from start to finish! On their very first visit, they not only walked the roof but also inspected our attic to make sure nothing was overlooked. Their detailed presentation and clear explanation of the entire project gave us complete confidence from the beginning. We went with Brava synthetic shake shingles and they had the expertise and experience to install these specialized shingles. They started exactly when promised and completed the entire job in just six days. Caleb was on-site every day making sure everything ran smoothly, and Jon checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with the progress. An added bonus—Locke and Ladder helped us secure thousands of dollars in insurance funds that we never would have pursued on our own. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. This company is top shelf, and I highly recommend Locke and Ladder to anyone who needs roofing!
