Glenn was outstanding throughout the process of buying our first home. My husband and I just relocated to Indianapolis because of the military and we needed to find something quick. Glenn was very prompt in getting us started on the process of looking for homes and keeping us on track with the process which has a lot of moving parts and deadlines. We met with Glenn the first time about a year before we planned to list our home. He was very knowledgable about the market and gave us information on the price he thought we could list our home. When we were ready to start looking for a new home, Glenn was always very responsive. He would set up showings as soon as possible, oftentimes the same day we contacted him. We appreciated this, as the majority of the homes we were looking at seemed to be selling in days. After looking and not finding exactly what we were looking for, we decided to build. Glenn was super helpful during this process. He worked quite a bit with our builder in order to help us get a good deal. He worked with us and our builder every step of the way, through initial paperwork, inspections, walk-throughs and the closing. His expertise and knowledge helped us feel like we were always in control during the build. Glenn also helped us list and sell our home. He had a professional stager come out to give us suggestions and tips to sell quickly for top-dollar. Glenn was always very prompt and available by text or phone if we had any questions. Our home sold very quickly for a great price and we were so thankful for all of Glenn's assistance. I would highly recommend Glenn and would definitely use him again if we ever move.

Took approximately 9 months to finally find a house.  Market conditions being as they are at the
time, led to many challenges.    The
first potential buyer in the door has the advantage.   We looked at a lot of houses that are beautiful
on the MIBOR site, but once you set foot on the property, it was a very
different story.   We concentrated mainly
in the Hendricks, Morgan, and Hancock county areas.  We had to expand our search criteria many
times.  Glenn showed us houses as far
away as Monrovia and Little Point.  We
work odd shifts and only had small windows to view houses in.  Always cheerful and never said no; Great
personality, easy to talk to, always professional.  Promptly returning phone calls and text.

He informed us of every step we needed to be involved in and made sure we met deadlines. He referred us to inspectors and gave us choices.
He made it possible to close out of town and negotiated an early close for us to help us meet moving deadlines. We would certainly recommend him for our family and friends.

Glenn was awesome. He helped us find the perfect home for our family. This was our first home purchase so we didn't really know what we were getting into. Glenn looked out for us in every way, and made sure we were always comfortable and ready for everything that was involved in the home purchasing process. It was a great experience and I am glad we were able to find Glenn .

We first contacted Glenn to explore the option of selling our home in the summer of 2015. We weren't sure if it was the right time to list our home, or if we had missed our window of opportunity. Before our first meeting, Glenn was extremely prepared with valuable information such as neighborhood and area comparisons, appropriate range that we might be able to list our house for and pros / cons of listing our house at that time. He had extensive knowledge of the area, which helped us appeal to potential buyers and made us aware of what we were competing with. At the onset (and throughout the process), Glenn did an excellent job of presenting the information available, his experiences, options to respond and pros / cons so that we could make the most informed decision possible. This was critical in setting proper expectations for us, and made us much more comfortable going through the selling process (which we were very unfamiliar with). He went above and beyond to make sure that our house was ready to list and marketed properly. In the end, we had competing offers for full price within two weeks (it ended up being a great time to list!). During the entire process, Glenn was very responsive, and we always had a contingency plan for different scenarios. During the new construction process, Glenn helped us narrow it down to 3 neighborhoods in the area. Again, he consulted us through pro and cons of each neighborhood. After we selected the neighborhood, he was very helpful in helping us make our selections (I.e. what made the most sense for our family vs value vs what we could afford vs resale). Glenn was a great liaison between us and the builder and had our best interest at heart to make sure we got everything we wanted at a reasonable price. We closed on our house without any delays on Nov 19 of this year. I would highly recommend Glenn, and would definitely use him again in the future.

This was our third experience working with Glenn, and he really is fantastic. Most recently, he helped us sell our home quickly, and at a good price, during a slow season. He gives sound advice without being pushy, is knowledgable, and is very personable. Responsiveness is especially important to me, and he didn't let me down there. If I couldn't reach him immediately, I usually heard back from him within 1-2 hours, and always within 24 hours. In my experience, this is a superior level of service. I recommend Glenn highly.
