I would definitely use them again. The manager was punctual for free estimate. They use subcontractors which allows for less expensive labor. Was not charged extra to move large desk before and after installation. Subcontractor was on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. The installers paid attention to detail so that the floor looks great. The customer pays half the cost before the installation is scheduled and is billed for the rest after the work is done.

Everything went great! Floors are gorgeous!!!

Brian came out with his helper and they did a fantistic job.  They were punctual, and very professional.  Wanda  and Brian did a great job of getting us scheduled  after we ran in to a problem in our sun room.  When Brian pulled up the floor, it was damp.  He said we should wait a couple of days to see if we had a leak.  He was very honest.  He came out 2 days later and laid everything.  It looks wonderful and I would use this company again

Floor Crafters were great. They were very nice to work with.

They did a very nice job for us, making sure everything looked great. This was especially true when they laid the ceramic tile. Once they started to lay the tile, they realized some of the tile was slightly too big. They stopped and researched the problem, got a new batch of the tile, and laid it perfectly. The carpet was done equally as perfectly, no seams, etc.

After removing existing flooring, they found severe problems with low spots in the center of rooms, highspots around doorways.  Had to spend an extra week leveling out problem areas.  And in one instance, had to get someone in to raise the backdoor several inches!  These problems were of course builder related, but it added a lot of extra cost and time to the job.  They ended up do a good job.  The floors looked nice but in the last year have not worn well.  For the quality of wood we chose, we are quite disappointed in the durability.

It went great! We're very happy with the floors! Some of the floor stain accidentally got on the baseboards in a couple of places but we're planning to repaint those anyway. They were very professional, friendly and completed the work on time. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

We found Greg and Wanda to be very easy to work with during the entire process.  They were always flexible and focused on our needs.  Greg visited our home on several occasions to help remedy problems identified during the tear-out process which we did ourselves.  We really like the focus on customer service.  Their pricing is reasonable, and the materials they recommend are of high quality.  The show room was very helpful when making decisions.  They do use subcontractors for the work, but our experiience has been that they select the very best installers depenidng upon the materials to be installed.  The installers were friendly, prompt and very professional.  They did a nice job of cleaning up their work area.  We will definitely use Floor Crafters for any flooring needs we have!

We were quite pleased with most everything during the project.  They worked with us on timing as this was a modest kitchen re-do.  They arrived on time on the correct day.  The work was completed in two days- a day quicker than anticipated.  If we had any complaint it would have been the cleanup.  We felt it could have been a little more thorough.  However, it was adequate and not a major problem.  All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone.  Floor Crafters is a class act.

The install was scheduled they came out and removed and disposed of old carpet and started the install the same day. They finished the removal and install by the end of the day. The installer made a very good suggestion while I was there on how to lay the floor seperating kitchen and great room. I waited a few days before I scheduled the refinishing of all of the  wood floors. The guys came out very friendly and explained the whole process . I learned a lot and they were not annoyed with all my questions. They were very professional and it turned out beautifully.

We were good Angie's Lists members and got three quotes. Floor Crafters had the best price, quality  and customer service. It was a small project (11 by 11 area) and we wanted it installed in time for a shower (within two weeks).  Gregg worked with us on selection, even coming out to our house twice: once to measure and one to get a sample of the quarter round trim for matching stain and to make sure he knew what size subfloor to install. Installers Brian and Joe arrived on time and worked very hard to keep sawdust and debris out of the house. The floor is beautiful and we are ready for a bridal shower!

They offered a quality service and everything they did was well done.

I think they are pretty good. Not perfect but it was okay. I would probably use them again. They were less expensive than others. They did not put up plastic sheeting to contain all of the dust, which was messy. Also there were a few places where the wood somehow got burned.

This is my 2nd experience w/Floor Crafters and I am just as happy with their work in my new home as I was w/their work in my former residence.  
In my former residence, I chose hardwood.  Greg and his team did an excellent job helping me w/the product selection and the installation was simply beautiful.
In my new home, I opted for laminate 'wood' flooring in the interests of down-sizing and simplifying.  I also needed vinyl in my utility room.  Again, Greg came out to my home, worked well w/the existing and, yes vintage parquet flooring in the entry and hallways to select an absolutely beautiful laminate product.  I was concerned about it having that 'plastic' and noisy sound, but the pad they installed completely eliminates that and only a trained eye would ever notice the difference.
The teams who handled the removal of the old flooring and the installation could not have done a better job.  They started on time and they completed the job on time, allowing me to schedule successfully around their commitments.
Floor Crafters may not be the lowest cost provider, but their expertise and over-sight makes them a smart choice.  I recommend them without reservation! 

Excellent.  Found Floorcrafters via Angie's List.  Got an estimate.  Liked their very friendly service.  Contracted for them to install carpeting and tile in my rental property.  There were a couple of mid-installation changes that were necessary.  The quickly adjusted and finished the work on time and exceeded my expectations for quality.  I plan to hire them again soon to do work at my residence.

Floor Crafters ordered the hardwood and in two weeks they arrived to install it. Two installers arrived at 8:45AM and they completed the installation at 4:45PM. They did an excellent job.
