They arrived on time and were very professional/polite. We will definitely be using edge guys in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

I was impressed with Edge Guys. Tom came to the house to provide an estimate and was a very honest and up front guy. He itemized the quote which allowed us to quickly and easily choose what we wanted to install. On install day, the workers came on time, worked quickly and completed the job in a very timely fashion. We have had 2 service calls since the initial install and I have been impressed by the quality of work both times.

The EDGE Guys replaced our heat pump and air handler system. We had five quotes from Indy-area contractors and the EDGE Guys offered the best price and the quickest install date. They were prompt, professional and also assisted in preparing an application for a rebate from our utility provider. The install team was very professional and personable, and left the work site as clean as it was before. I would highly recommend.

Had used Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling for a couple of years and was not very satisfied with service. Changed to The Edge Guys this year. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and did a thorough cleaning of furnace and humidifier. Company also willing to spread the service agreement over the year. So far I'm very happy with their responsiveness and service.

Technician arrived on time, was pleasant, quickly attended to work.

The install team arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time (instead of late as most service companies seem to be) set by Tom Melangton. They did a complete and thorough installation while keeping me updated verbally. Their job clean up was perfect and the installation continues to work well. We were very happy with their service, price and product! We will continue to go to them for help when needed.

So glad I finally found these guys. We had an AC unit that had not worked since day 1. They gave us many different options and worked with us in getting a great price on a new unit. They came did the work, left no visible evidence and for the first time since we moved in our upstairs is cool.

Very nice, professional, responsive. Had a little trouble understanding different furnace product lines and options. They recommended a variable speed, which I went with. Not sure it's what I need for my smaller, older house. But they followed up a couple times a few months later to make sure things were working and made a couple of adjustments. Overall things went fine and would recommend to others.

They showed up on time removed the old furnace and air conditioner, installed the new ones and totally cleaned up everything? Great job.

I am in the process of selling my house, and the buyer of my home wanted an independent inspection of the furnace as it is 15 years old. One of the "big" Heating and A/C companies in town had indicated that there was a "crack" in my heat exchanger, which they noted on the sticker on the front of the furnace. The home inspector for the buyers recommended that they hire someone to look at the furnace, and I also wanted to have someone fair and honest look at my furnace. Edge Guys was recommended to me by my plumber, who was also a very nice, professional and HONEST person. I called Edge Guys on a Friday afternoon and talked to Jeanette, who understood the situation and was great in helping me get something scheduled as quickly as possible. They were able to have someone at my house at 8:00 am the next day. Paul D. is who they sent out, and he has about 35 years of experience. He thoroughly went over the furnace, and even used a small camera to show me that there was a "shadow" on the heat exchanger (but not technically a "crack"). He then told me three different options that I could go with, including doing nothing (there were no safety issues), replacing the heat exchanger, or putting in a new furnace. Replacing the heat exchanger, due to significant labor, was more expensive that a new furnace. A brand new adequate furnace through Edge Guys was only $1,895, which is SO much cheaper than what ARS was trying to shove down my throat. I truly appreciated Paul's honesty and fairness, and his expertise. I would HIGHLY recommend that you give this small family owned business a try. They are very accomodating, priced reasonably, and the most important thing is that they will tell you the truth without trying to "upsell" you a new furnace or A/C unit. I am moving to a new home that happens to have a new furnace, but without a doubt I will purchase a maintenance agreement agreement with Edge Guys for my new residence.

Very happy with sales and service. Technician recommended a less efficient / less expensive unit than I had originally inquired about. He felt that the standard efficiency unit was the best buy for our house. It is a vast improvement over the 14 year old unit we replaced and is much quieter. I really appreciate he did not try to up sell me on a unit that I did not need.

The guy who came out had a flat tire and it totally worked with my scheduling. He communicated clearly and totally apologized. He was very professional and that’s the whole thing. He came in and he had that thing fixed in a blink. When we came back in, he had it fixed and it was unbelievable. I have never seen anybody fixed it so fast. He did not overcharge us and it was very good price. I was extremely impressed with that guy. The price was very reasonable and very fair. He was fantastic. We had a service agreement with another company, where people came out and serviced our unit throughout the year. After these guys did such a great job and fulfilled what we had. We switched over to these guys and we really wanted them to do it because they were just fairly priced. If one truly needs a replacement, they would recommend it; but they were not out to sell things which one don't need. I really appreciate that they were really honest about serving their customers.
