Terry identified the opning under the eave where birds were nesting and recommneded a way to close the opening included a partial dismantling of the wood surrounding the opening and fashioning a new wood enclosure/seal with new wood he purchased fro Home Depot. Terry cut the wood the size of the hole (a tight space), removed all of the nestingmaterial, made certain that no new/baby birds were present and effected the repairs finishing off with caulking. terry also placed a cage around a dryer vent and caulked another questionalbe opening. Terry even offered to come back and paint the new wood.
Very pleasant man, professional, prompt and easy to work with. For the $$$ spent, an excellent value.

Tracy was prompt, efficient and thorough. He was excellent in follow up. His observations all have proved to be accurate. The total job required three separate visits

They did not charge me anything since they were not sure if the mole was active.  They were not sure they could get me results so they did not want to have me sign up for anything. They were able to come out in a timely manner. They were honest and friendly and I will be using them again in the future.

Came out in a timely manner, was very professional and fair.  The birds had vacated so he repaired where they came in and found another area that might be a way in and repaired it.

It was a great experience with them. They provide good service. They rotate on a schedule so you don't have to call them and they just keep the service going until you tell them to stop. I would recommend them.

Tracy went over his process with me. He set a trap and came back the next day to check it. If nothing is caught he keeps checking the trap. Within a few days we had our squirrel. Tracy sent me a photo of the squirrel that he caught. He set the trap a second time to make sure there weren't more. He then sealed the entry hole. He also repaired another area along the roof where a board was coming off. I was extremely happy with his services.

Tracy arrived withing the promised time frame and performed a full inspection. He took pictures of conditions in the attic and showed us the obvious signs of mouse infestation. He returned the following day with a number of poison bait stations which he stationed around the exterior of the house. He promised to check up on thing in 10-14 days and expects the problem to be fully. rectified in about 90 days.
It was obvious to us that Tracy knows his critters and he handles his work in a most professional manner.

Tracy checked out the crawlspaces in our house and, after finding some mouse droppings, set traps and poison dispensers outside around the foundation of the house.  Since then we have not had any new evidence of mice in the crawls.

Excellent. Tracy is very good at explaining the problem and the solution. Also used them several months ago when birds nested under my siding and then were able to eliminate them and seal the opening.

Brenda did a great job working with us to get rid of the voles in our yard. She came out to look at the situation the first day - they had a colony under the free-standing basketball goal that was sitting in the grass. When she lifted up the goal, we could see movement immediately - and she even let my dog help her catch a few!  Brenda evaluated the situation and explained the process to me.  She set traps in the 'runways' around the side yard, then planned to come back daily to check the traps. The fee was about $140 plus a charge per vole caught. She was confident that the voles were only in the side yard.
True to her work, Brenda came by almost daily, and removed any voles that were caught and re-set the traps. When rain set off traps or lawn care required them to be moved, she just re-set them without complaint. They caught about 6 more voles within the next 4 weeks, when we were confident they had all been removed. Brenda left a note for us each time she visited, so we were aware of her activities, but she did not bother us at all.
She was very efficient and good at what she did. I highly recommend their service, and would quickly call Brenda again if we needed her (although I hope we don't!).

Great experience. The owner, Terry,  determined we did not have animals in the house and sealed what we thought was the area they used to enter the house. However, two weeks later we heard animal sounds and Terry quickly returned and determined they were entering the house in an area that was not located on his first visit.  He did not charge us to trap the new area. However, he did catch 3 chipmunks and after two weeks of returning to the property daily, he determined he had captured all the animals. He then sealed that area. We have not had any animal activity since that time.
I appreciated him not charging us for the "second visit". I also thought the total cost of capturing the animals was fair considering he had to come to our house every day for two weeks.
Finally, he stayed in constant communication with us and I always felt I knew how the project was going. I highly recommend this company.

I appreciated Tracy's willingness to come by the house the day I called, and then to return the following day for an inside inspection.  He was professional and he was able to keep me up to date with his arrival time and when the bait stations were placed by texting me.  It was a great way to stay informed.  I would recommend Critter Control to anyone with a "critter" problem!
