We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Our porch was rotting away and had to be completely torn down and rebuilt. This company has experience with pictures to prove. Finished project exceeded expectations. The project was completed in quoted time. No hidden or surprise costs. Brent will not steer you wrong in creating/fixing a project. He is honest and pays close attention to detail. Its as if he was fixing his own porch. I cant wait to work with him again! So very very pleased!

Expectations with Brent were set up front even prior to the contract signature. I knew the approximate timeline, my estimated budget, and what to expect throughout my kitchen upgrade. Brent & his crew at Centennial Construction are incredibly easy to work with and they explained the work they were performing prior to starting. This is our second project in three years with Centennial. The first renovation of 1/2 the house went so well we invited them back to complete the job. We now have a fully restored home that truly reflects the vision we communicated to Brent Ash and his team. Brent, his crew and subs did a great job. They were prompt courteous, respectful and professional. Brent did a great job solving the electrical issues we had and when the electrician tried to charge us an additional $3000 Brent intervened and told him no then got a new electrician to finish the job. He is excellent in solving problems as they come up and advocating for us.

Brent, his crew and subs did a great job taking our old master bedroom and turning it into a master bath. It is now handicap accessible and we love it! Brent kept me on budget and the project on time. He helped me make decisions by giving me valuable advise from his many years as a contractor. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and respectful of us and our home. We had absolute trust in having them in our home while we were gone. The guys eve chased down our dog when she got out the door! Worked with Centennial on a full kitchen and laundry room remodel of a late 1800s home. Working them was very seamless as everything was planned out in order to cause minimal time under construction. Their craftsmanship is top notch which really helped bring the whole project together. When working on an older home like this, road bump are almost expected. Centennial did a good job at communicating all the hiccups with me and provided options on how to proceed. They were even able to factor in a significant increase in scope (a more involved laundry room remodel) without significantly drawing out the overall time. Everyone that worked on the project was more than polite/respectful and was always sure to clean up after themselves. Overall, I very much enjoyed working with Centennial and would 100% do business with them again.

We had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. From Day 1 things went smoothly- Brent is very knowledgeable and will help guide you through the process, we had no major issues with the kitchen and it turned out very well, we are very happy with it. The person who installed the cabinets did a phenomenal job, they are certainly the highlight of our kitchen. The project manager is very easy to reach and communicates well, and he even fixed our old dishwasher for us! Every project will come with some delays and issues, it’s just part of it. Brent will make sure it gets done, and make it right, even if he has to come out and install it himself the day after surgery! That said we did have an issue getting our appliances, NOT related to Centennial, Brent and Dave took care of the issue very quickly. All in all, they are easy to reach, always available by text and email. We are hoping to hire this company again this year!

Prior to project start, the owners were required to visit several locations to select the tile for the shower and tub, tile for the floor, plumbing fixtures including the johns, and granite for the counter tops Work was started on the master bathroom by completely gutting the shower stall. Centennial has craftsmen specializing in certain areas, so the overall quality of work was outstanding. Concrete boards were installed in the shower, then the walls were tiled, the floor tile was laid, the new cabinet installed, the granite countertop installed, all plumbing fixtures installed, the fan/light installed, and the shower door installed. Then the work on the second bathroom was done in much the same manner. Since this bathroom was wall papered, the drywall was ripped out and replaced. Both bathrooms were painted with the owner’s selected color. Finally, workmen installed the owner purchased towel bars, paper holders, medicine cabinets, grab bars, and shower curtain. The carpenter work on the staircase railings and spindles was fantastic. This is quite visible at the home entry door and adds class to the whole house. The whole project was managed by Dave who did a wonderful job supervising the project and keeping us informed when workmen were coming and what they would be doing. At no time during the project did we lack a place to take a shower. The overall price was high and the time to complete the project was too long, but the two bathrooms look absolutely great and we are very pleased with the outcome.

This was the third significant project I've had this company do. They show up when they say, they get the job done, and clean up afterward. The results have always been excellent. Workers always courteous and friendly. I don't know where they fall in range of costs, but the most expensive thing is to pay for work that is poorly done or not completed. Will definitely use for next project that comes up.
