They did a preliminary look at the bike and told me what it needed and the cost. I was advised that if there were any additional charges, I would be called first. My bike was done the day they told me. They walked me thru the repairs etc, (hey, I'm not Greg LeMond - just a casual rider). I was treated courteously and professionally.

When I went to ride it, I discovered that the chain fell off from the gear. They came out and put the chain back at no charge.

They are close to where I live.  They are professional and courteous.  They do the job that I ask.

I had them assemble a Diggler Scooter back in December.  They were very friendly and willing to assemble the scooter even though they don't sell them.  I was very pleased with the finished product!  This summer we wanted to take the scooter on a trip and were unable to loosen a screw.  In the process the screw was stripped.  I took the scooter in, explained the situation and they gladly accepted the challenge to find a new part.  I was told it would be ready in 5 days.  After 10 days I stopped to find out the status.  I presumed they left a message which was accidentally deleted.  I was informed the scooter wasn't ready because a rep from Diggler was to bring the part to the shop and discuss their products.  Another week went by and I received a message that the scooter was ready.  When I picked it up I was informed the Diggler rep did not stop by with the part but the shop was able to locate the piece elsewhere.  Much to my surprise they did not charge me because of the amount of time it took to fix.  They took time to make sure I had the correct wrench to loosen the part in order to get the scooter in the trunk.

I took my bike in around 11 AM to have the work done. I was given a quote, less expensive than at Bike Line, and Patrick indicated it would be done in a couple of hours. After completing the work, he called in early afternoon and I pick up the bike. Patrick was very nice to do business with and I would recommend Carmel Cyclery to anyone needed a bike, accessories, or repairs.

I procrastinated for several years to get my Trek mountain bike in operating order. I was told to try this business. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they can complete the tune up and other things and quoted me a bill for $100.00. I ended up paying $111.00 which I think is very acceptable. The bike is 16 years old and works perfectly! I would use them in a heartbeat!

They were easy to talk to, and relatively close to my house. They were well recommended on Angie's List, and that is what made me go there. I was very pleased with them. I would definitely go to them again. I thought the price was fine.

They did a fantastic job. I originally brought in two bikes for tune ups, one for more major repairs. We found that there was a problem with one of the bikes that was actually the fault of the store I bought the bike from. Although they had no obligation to fix it and give me any breaks on the price, they took care of replacing the pedals and only charged me a third of what they should have. When I went to pick up the bike, they had been closed for an hour and yet he let me in so that I could get my bike. Because of their concern for me as an existing customer, I would not take my bikes anywhere else. Their customer service is over the top and I would highly recommend this company!

The service was very good. They finished the work quickly and were responsive to my questions.
