The copper pipe above the water heater busted and water was spraying everywhere. I googled up companies who could repair it and also replace a 20 YEAR water heater that had worked flawlessly since we bought the house but was afraid the bottom would fall out tomorrow. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day because Seriously's reviews were great so I didn't mess around. Rather than coming next day, their office called and within 2 hours they were at my front door. I was really impressed with them getting after it for us. David was very professional and did a great job keeping the carpet clean when pulling out the old one and everything went smoothly. As far as a little lower rating for value for money I'm not sure yet because I didn't have time to check around but when you're arm's broken you don't have time to interview doctors. They did provide what sounds like a quality US made product and I took the 7 year service plan so the value appears to be there. I was going to run to Lowes but found out most of their water heaters are Chinese-made junk (which I figured was the case). You get what you pay for. Long story but I would definitely recommend Seriously 24-7 to anyone.

It took three visits to diagnosis and correct the problem. But they came back in a very timely manner and did the job well. At this point in time we are pleased with their work, customer service and price.

Everything went great. Had a toilet that was leaking profusely. Came out on a Sunday and made a superfast repair. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly. Now my toilet works great again. Really happy with the communication and how they worked with me to get things taken care of. Jason has built a great company. Highly recommend Seriously 24-7.

Available quickly to troubleshoot leak and slow drain. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Discovered that garbage disposal was rusting out and trap was not up to code. Repairs got done the same day and solved the problems. The only issue is I think their rates were on the high side - about $1,200 for this project. The garbage disposal itself can be had for about $400, and other parts were probably worth about $50. That leaves about $750 for labor for what was about a 2-hour job (3 hours if you count time spent going to a store to buy the disposal and other parts). I recognize that plumbing is a skilled trade, and plumbers should make a living, but $250-$325 per hour seems a little steep. Overall I recommend, with the qualification that you will pay extra for a high level of service.

Thank god it was a free estimate. He told us he could not unclog our drain. Quoted ridiculous prices for unclogging toilet drain of $671.00

They were able to install an outdoor water spigot at my house. reasonable competitive quote. They added more detail about the quality of work and warranty coverage that other providers did not. This is what made them stand out against other companies. They completed the work on time and as quoted with no issue. Friendly and professional.

Jason was very polite and helpful. Only thing was we weren t expecting the cost. Been years since we had to have our kitchen sink snaked. Otherwise very happy.

Very expensive for an issue which would have been easily avoided. $215 later, nothing was found.

I was not home my Daughter was here. The tech. was able to clear the drain in no time. had another plummer came out first he he could not clear drain and all the pipes needed changed and quoted $7000. Your teck said that was not needed and he opend the drain. thank you
