Dan explained what they were doing every step of the way. I was particularly impressed with the video camera that showed the inside of the pipes. No breaks, no dips, and no more tree roots!

It was an emergency call and they came in good time. I was a little shocked by the price though

The cust. svc. lady was courteous and responsive. The service tech. was delayed by 2 hours (no problem.we had terrible rains that week). He was VERY efficient. My only problem was it cost almost $500 to install a $120 sump pump that I had bought and paid for.....and it lesss than an hour to install.... seemed a lot for the time that he spent. That being said, there was no way in heck that I could have done it on my own.

The two men that did the work were extremely professional and understanding. Thanks for the quick respond and job well done.

This is a fabulous company! I am home bound! I have used them 3 times! They feel like family and really CARE! David is great. He made certain that all was good before leaving! I have also spoken with Cody on the phone! She was the one who got me immediate help. 5-star company!

The cost of installing is high, but that is common with all of them. I would recommend them 100%. I like the fact that they refuse to install substandard equipment, and talk you through the entire process.

David Burdsall did a very good job explaining my problem. I thought I had a leaking water heater and instead it was a hole in the pipe. He showed me where the leaking water was coming from, explained what had to be done and stopped the leak until he could fix it the next day. Not only did he change the hot water pipe but, also the cold water pipe so it wouldn't also become a problem. He put a new valve on the water heater which would make it easier to shut off in the future. I really appreciated him being so proactive. He and the other fellow did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I decided to go ahead and get a new water heater too since the old one was going on 15 years and David gave me options with that also.

They did a wonderful job. A bit pricey though.
