They went out of their way to be helpful when they arrived to talk with us about our options. They were prompt in putting together the quotes.

Dan Luke did a great job of discussing our hot water needs with me and then making several recommendations for our unique situation, at varying price points. Then when we made a choice, installation was promptly scheduled and the work completed by Dan and his assistant Anthony, who was very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience. I highly recommend them.

The technicians were masked and seemed friendly and professional. My initial request was to check drain for blockage however by time they arrived blockage was cleared and lead plumber advised against checking drain due to being very expensive. However, I did get bathtub strainer and shoe gasket replaced. It was expensive $340 and they didn't even bother to clean the blue hard water stains instead suggested I do it. I thought for $340 they could have at least cleaned the area where they replaced parts. I complained to customer service and sent a picture via text but owner claims he didn't see it. They left me estimate for using camera from roof stack to find my clean out and inspect drain because years of mulching had hidden it. Estimate was over $400! They also gave me estimate for replacing bathtub spout of over $300.
