Scheduler called promptly; workers arrived at expected time; problem was identified and corrected efficiently. Only complaint was that the price seemed on the high end, but I had no other estimates for comparison. Job was handled very satisfactorily.

I requested HomeAdvisors to provide plumbing help to repair two leaky toilet, leaky supply valve, replace kitchen sink faucet. I waited two days for tech to show up. Tech arrived on-time. He was very friendly and I showed him what I needed done. I showed him the two leaky toilets, leaky supply valve and sink faucet. He took a moment and found the water main. He said he needs to go back to his truck to write up the estimate and call the office. About 10 mins later, tech returned with a written estimate. The estimate for toilet repair was $318 each, valve replacement $133 and faucet installation $328. For a total of $1097 plus taxes. I proceeded to ask how long it will take to complete all these work. He responded about two hours. I was shocked and asked why so expensive for two hours of work. He said, parts, material, labor, insurance and overhead. I said it was way too much than I expected. The tech said ok and thank you and left. I went to true value, bought all the parts and tools I needed for about $80 and had everything fixed in 45 mins. Wow, trying to keep people working, but getting a rip off quote was uncall for.

Very pleased with my new water heater, Called Home Adviser in the morning and by the afternoon it was installed. It was a pleasure to do business with Jason.

After a record cold wave froze the water pipe supplying my water heater, the thawed pipe leaked. I called Jason, whose photo is strangely at 90 degrees on the website. They may lack some skills with website development but the plumbing repair work was fine. A few hours after I called, a plumber completed the work competently and completely. (I used to inspect new construction and repair work for a government agency.) The worker cleaned up after he was done and the leak problem is solved. I had some difficulties a year ago with a different plumber and that is why I called someone new this time. Now I know to call Seriously 24-7 the next time I need plumbing services.

This service was very overpriced, but they charged $89 for the diagnostic services if you did not use their service. My toilet is fixed, and I think they did a fine job, but I paid $353 for about 15 minutes of work. I’d use another business that cost less. Lesson learned.

Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday night and after reaching out to a few service providers, Jason called me back almost immediately. We needed a heater ASAP and Jason at Seriously 24/7 was able to jockey their Monday schedule around a bit and accommodate us. He showed up exactly when promised, did the job and I could not be more satisfied with the way he and his company valued my time and business. Prompt, professional, and courteous .
