They have been great.  I was very impressed with them because our air conditioner went bad, it was a simple part that I can replace and I called around town and no one will tell it to me; they all required me to go there.  The part is typical and I can identify the capacitor.  We don’t have money to have someone come and replace it but we could afford to but the part but no one would help me without having them come out.  But it was Mowery who helped us.  The air was not working at all and the $30 capacitor fixed the problem for us.  I just had to unplug and plug the wires and it worked.  I am an electrical engineer.

Wow, really excellent service. They contacted me within minutes of my big deal purchase (I also contacted them via their online site) and sent someone out first thing in the morning. Even though it took close to two hours and required a couple different drain clearing tools, they stuck with the $99 fee. Very professional and courteous.

They are the best. They're awesome. I actually got them off Angie's List. They come out twice a year. I pay $169 for the two visits for the year. It includes the tune-ups for my air conditioner and my furnace. I get free service calls. They don't charge me for coming out. I get a discount on any repairs that they have to do should I need them. The guys that they send out are super nice and professional. They make sure to clean out everything that they notice. They make sure to let me know exactly what they're doing and what I might need to do. They make sure that I understand everything that's going on. Everybody is great. The lady in the office is awesome too. The price is perfect. They're great.

Friday night I called them, they
were prompt and got someone out to the house to diagnose the system. It was
diagnosed as the control panel which wasn't very exciting as they aren't cheap
to repair. The first technician needed to order the part so on Saturday I
received a call that the part was in and someone would come out in the
afternoon to install. The new part was put on the unit and there was still no
response. The new technician was awesome and discovered the real problem was
just my thermostat. Luckily for me the repair was MUCH cheaper and the unit
kicked right on!

The individual that came to my house for the quote and also executed the work was Tim.  He was prompt, professional, and thoroughly explained all of my options for repair.  I was completely impressed with his service & professionalism.  The icing on the cake was that the price was excellent and very close to the estimate he provided.  I couldn't be more pleased and will undoubtedly call Mowery in the future for any plumbing needs.

The work was scheduled promptly, the technician showed up on time and got the work done, he explained in detailed everything he did, and he even hauled a ladder upstairs and diagnosed my faulty whole house attic fan. I thought the price was competitive compared to a previous company ($110 versus $179 for both furnace and A/C).

We are just real happy with them. They always do good work, and I think their price is competitive.

Everything went very well.  We had a clogged drain in our basement shower and had tried to clear it ourselves, but our snake was not powerful enough.  We selected Mowery since we do not have a plumbing company that we normally use and they were offering the Angie's List special.  We were also hoping to be able to get an estimate for adding an additional bathroom to the home. 
Heath called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived right when he said he would.  Heath brought in a larger snake and was able to push it through much further for us.  Even though it seemed better, he went ahead and pushed it through again, going even further the next time. 
We live in an older home, and the shower in the basement was added after the original construction.  The routing of the plumbing is also a bit questionable.  Heath was very upfront with us on his thoughts of the cause of the problem, and he also gave us very good troubleshooting tips if we are to encounter it again in the future.  Additionally, he recommended a product that will help prevent future clogs.
He also took time and care to talk to us about our desire to add an additional bathroom.  He walked us through various options if we encounter "fall" issued due to distance.

Tim did an excellent job installing and cleaning up.  He was very professional; he explained the two things it  could be before beginning the work.  Thankfully, it was the least expensive and we didn't have to wait a week to get parts.  The lady in the office was very professional and helpful in updating my information.  She called when Tim was enroute.  I will certainly use Mowery again.
