no problems/issues

Not good at all. replaced light cover with an old scratch light cover. they spilled oil on my serpentine belt and it was squealing. The guy handling the car said no they did not and the technician has just told us he had split the oil. The car now pulls to the left and I was told it was in standards so they did nothing. It has never pulled to the left prior to this accident. The center console was cracked and their was some sort of material coming out of the vents that faced the back of the car. They refused to fix it and I had talked with the adjuster in order to get work done on the car. I did not feel the guy representing M&M was honest or truthful with us. I would never recommend them to any one.

Drew, who runs the shop at M&M Body Shop, was an incremental reason why I chose M&M for my collision repairs. He is professionalism and well educated in his work. He is able to provide you out of the box recommendations for service needed to fit into your needs and budgets constraints. He went above and beyond in customer service and every staff member I encountered at the shop was polite and helpful. They completed the job on time and did excellent work. It was a hassle free experience for me! I would recommend M&M Body Shop to my peers and will utilize their service in the future for any of my auto body shop needs.

Work was done on time and the quality was excellent. The customer service was great. The best it has ever been.

We had inadvertently run over a large rock in a community garden in our Tahoe and on backing up, the bumper pulled off the vehicle.  M&M gave us options for the repair and gave a reasonable estimate; the repair only took 3 days, even with paint.  We then had our newly acquired SRX hit (and run unfortunately) in a parking garage which resulted in serious damage to the front bumper.  Once again, they gave us options and the repair only took 3 days.  
They have a policy of only excepting new repair jobs on Mondays; this really works, and it helps them keep to their promised schedule,  They were  great to work with, and I have already had them look at some body work adjustments that were not correctly performed on a 2007 Solstice, unfortunately by a Pontiac dealer. Even during this discussion they were quick to point out what they could and could not do.
We have a neighbor who had a similar experience.

All aspects of repair was excellent. Cannot tell bumper was ever damaged and repairs took only two days.
I will definitely use them again if needed.

M and M were great people to work with. They gave me an estimate of services which I turned into the Landscaping company's insurance agent. Once the insurance was approved, they were able to get my car in for repairs quickly and their estimate of how long the repairs would take was accurate. They also took over contacting the insurance company directly for any additional costs incurred in the repairs. No one enjoys having to get body work done on their vehicle but M and M made the situation better with their quality work and customer service.

The car was really good. You can't tell that there was any damage on the car. They put it back to its original condition.

They were very professional, did the estimate right there and came in cheaper than other places I had looked at.

From the Office Manager who did the estimate to the employee who checked me out once my vehicle was finished all were friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and professionally. They even called me after hours to let me know my car could be picked up the next morning.

Great experience. Friendly office staff. They were able to work with our insurance agent. They set up the rental car for us. It was there ready and waiting when we dropped off the van. The paint looks perfect. You would never know that we had work done. Two days after we got the van back, the door wasn't sliding smoothly. They rented us another car and fixed the problem with no charge to us! They said it was their oversight that it wasn't completely fixed the first time. We were very happy with our service at M and M! They know how to treat customers!

All work was done in under three weeks and it looked flawless. You couldn't tell there had been a collision at all. There was some trouble in getting the air bag reinstalled (some indicator light remained on) and they worked with the dealership to get the issues corrected before returning the car to me. The guy we worked with could have been a little more professional...he was young and clearly had a high-priority girlfriend. :) But he was friendly and anwered our questions.
They dealt directly with the insurance agency and actually kept me more informed of my claim status than my agent did!

The car was returned to me looking better than before the accident. I didn't have one complaint and they made sure I was happy with everything following the repair. They helped me through all the insurance paper work and estimate process. They made sure I was taken care of in all aspects and time lines. I would definitely take my back to M and M in the future.

My experience with them went very well. They got it done sooner than they estimated and the work was top notch. The shop was clean and the people were courteous.
