It took us a couple of trips to the showroom to decide which carpet we wanted to buy. The sales people were helpful and also allowed us to look for a long period of time without bothering us. Once our decision was made, the sale was very promptly taken care of. We were notified when the carpet was received. I added the vinyl to the project after the store had received the carpet. I was able to choose from vinyl stock they had on hand. Delivery and installation of the carpet and vinyl was set up at the time I selected the vinyl. The installer was experienced with both carpet and vinyl and did a very good job of seaming the carpet. We are very pleased with the carpet and vinyl and the installation. We will buy from this company again in a few weeks.

The employees are helpful. However, when it was time to pick it up at their dock, there was a very long delay. There was something about a carpet cleaning company in their storage area cleaning carpets. These are suppose to be new.

WE BOUGHT THE LAMINATE FROM FLOORS FOR YOU, BUT HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR START TO PUT IT IN. WHEN THAT DIDN'T WORK OUT (AFTER HE HAD ALREADY STARTED THE JOB) WE CALLED FLOORS FOR YOU TO COME AND FINISH THE JOB. THEY WERE WONDERFUL ABOUT SCHEDULING US RIGHT AWAY SINCE OUR KITCHEN WAS A MESS, AND THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I WISH WE HAD USED THEM TO START THE JOB. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

GOOD PRICE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. WE ORDERED THE WOOD IN OCTOBER FOR A JANUARY INSTALLATION. THE DAY OF THE INSTALLATION THEY CALLED, AND SAID THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE WOOD. THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD HAVE THE WOOD IN FEBRUARY. IT DID NOT COME IN AGAIN. WE FINALLY HAD THE FLOOR LAID IN JUNE. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE TIME THEY PROJECTED, FIVE DAYS. AFTER THE FIRST DAY WE POINTED OUT SOME THINGS THEY WE DID NOT LIKE. THEY ENDED UP TAKING UP SOME OF THE FLOOR THE NEXT DAY, AND NAILING FROM THE TOP. WE HAD MANY THINGS THAT WE THOUGHT WERE NOT RIGHT. THEY CAME BACK TO FIX, AND JUST NAILED FROM THE TOP IN THE CENTER OF OUR ROOMS. THEY WERE RUDE, AND I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PRICE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

THE INSTALLERS WORKED HARD AND TOOK A SHORT LUNCH BREAK AND STAYED UNTIL THEY FINISHED AT 8PM. THEY CLEANED UP WELL, WERE PROFESSIONAL AND OVERALL AN EXCELLENT JOB!

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT WORKING WITH US AND ACCOMMODATING OUR SCHEDULE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A DOOR AND IT HAD TO BE REPLACED, BUT THEY WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING PROMPTLY. I HAVE BEEN REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WE'VE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. THEY USE EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD SELECTION.

WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS LOUSY - THEY THREW CIGARETTE BUTS IN THE YARD, USED MEMBERS WASHCLOTH THAT WAS IN THE BATHROOM TO WIPE OFF THE BASEBOARDS, DAMAGED ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, SCRATCHED SOME FURNITURE, AND SET WET DRINK ON THE FLOOR.

ESTIMATE OF CARPET AND VINYL NEEDED WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER AND QUESTIONABLE AS TO WHETHER ALL SQUARE FOOTAGE WAS NEEDED. PATCH WORK WAS POOR AND CHARGE TOO HIGH.

DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH HELP. THEY WOULD CANCEL OR BE HOURS LATE. DIDN'T BRING PROPER TOOLS. EVEN BROUGHT KIDS WITH THEM ONCE. ONCE COMPLETED, THE FLOOR HAD A LG. GOUGE, NO TRIM PIECES USED.
