At C&J Well Co. Service, Pumps, & Drilling, we provide Central Indiana with state-of-the-art well and geothermal drilling and a full-service maintenance team. In addition to drilling, we perform service calls and maintenance checkups and replace pressure tanks and pumps in existing systems. C&J is a family-owned and operated business with a dedicated staff and many satisfied customers. We offer competitive prices without compromising the integrity of our services. Because our wells are drilled using the latest drilling technology, you are ensured to get the most out of your money. C&J Well Company is a member of the BBB, Indiana Ground Water Association, and the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis. In a quarter of a century, there have been many notable accomplishments, such as opening C and J Water for softeners and treatment, and integrating other local well drilling companies. C&J proudly continues the legacies of Water Wells by Wilhite, Dean Well Drilling, Harness Well Company, and Scobee Well Drilling. Josh and Christy are grateful for their hard-working technicians and strong support staff that led the company through the years.

"Thanks for the report. You guys were great in spite of one of the most difficult set-ups we've seen in a residential geothermal retrofit. Thanks for all of your input and working with us through the challenges. Geothermal is an excellent investment in a wonderful resource(the typically non-utilized earth, deep beneath your property). "Well thank you for the good grades. We are so glad that we were able to come out and take care of your problem efficiently and correctly so that you could have water again. I'm really sorry that you feel you would not use us again, and we would love to change your mind. Please consider calling us again for another job well done. I understand that $150 is a lot of money; however, please keep in mind that there is a whole lot more that goes into a 10 minute repair than 10 minutes. First, we must advertise for you to call. Second, we have a service manager take your information and dispatch a technician. Third, we drive to your site in a vehicle stocked with everything to repair anything, as well as a two man crew to quickly and efficiently tackle anything your well can throw at us. Fourth, We get signed paperwork and do a diagnostic. Sorry to say it, but I would not doubt for a minute that we actually paid you to repair your well at $150. Usually repairs are not this simple. Please do not write us off so quickly. Let me know if we can do something to make you happy with us again. We would be glad to work with you. -Josh"
"I am disappointed to receive our first F report. We always work hard to get along with our customers. However, your claims are not accurate and do not represent the reality of the situation. During all of our phone conversations, your only complaint was that you had no money and could not pay the bill, after you had agreed to. When your hand was forced and your false promises called upon, you then became irate in the most foul manner. That is why I believe we received this F. Also, please note that post dated checks are not a legal way to pay off a bill(nor a trustworthy one). That is why we did not accept your offer. Sorry, but I believe we upheld our end of our agreement and then went the extra mile. (Please recall that we gave you a well at no charge due to natural gas, which we have no control over). I know this was a great financial hardship for your family; however, we believe we did everything we said we would do and then some. -Josh"
