There was a lightning storm that shorted out the pump. The pump could not be pulled out successfully, so a new well had to be drilled. We called several companies but the weather was not very accommodating and most wanted to wait for the ground to dry out, but we were without water.. The ground was saturated and the yard was uphill, but C&J delivered. They got the job done in a couple days. The yard is still a mess, but in a couple months we will tackle it.

It went quickly and smoothly.

The receptionist, supervisor, and field tech were all amazing!! By 5:00 pm the field tech had arrived, diagnosed the layer of problems, and gave me solutions and costs. They were able to provide a temporary fix that evening so we could water the horses and came back the next morning with the permanent pressure tank. Pressure tank had a leak and the water damaged several electrical connections. On top of everything else, the well pit was not easy to access.

Everything went fine, they were on time, communicated well, and listened to my requirements.

Everything is working good. Everything was excellent. They were prompt, cleaned up their mess. It was winter so they have a hard time doing the job.

Only glitch was the technician did not have one part for the water softening system and needed to return to complete the installation. It did not cause any problems for me.

They were great. I think the price was too high but I like them. They came right out. Well the guys that came out here they were friendly and they weren't, you know, ruffians. They were doing their job. It took them an hour or two, something was wrong with the pressure I had no pressure and they seemed to indicate the contractor had messed with the pressure and they got it working, they showed me what was wrong. Thats what they did.

They arrived quickly the next morning and completed the service in a very timely manner.

I had hired them before to put in a tank for the well water and was pleased with their workmanship. I bought a deal and the company worked with me to make it cover the specifics of the job I wanted done. The actual digging and pulling out of the old pump and putting in the new one went very well. Brad and Adam did a valiant job and got the new pump installed with alacrity. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. They were responsive to my requests, gave me lots of information and satisfied my curiosity. However, they brought a big trailer into my driveway that cost them lots of time maneuvering and banged up a tree badly as well as digging trenches in the soft earth on one side of the drive (which I had to shovel off the drive and back into the trench) and mowing down shrubs on the other. The trailer should have stayed on the street and the equipment driven in on its own power. That would have shorted the work process by about an hour! I only had to suffer through about a week of dark grey water before I got full benefit of the new pump and could shower and drink the water. Josh Abdnour, the owner, was quite concerned about the aftermath (the flushing of the well turned the driveway by it into a mudflat) and sent someone over to both get the thick mud off the drive by the well and to inspect the tree (Ping's Tree Service said the tree would survive the damage without any steps to protect the trunk after the loss of bark). It took a while to get the documentation on my pump and guarantee issued in my proper name, but I am delighted with the quiet function of the pump and the prospect of regular care (as long as the company remains in business, and I certainly hope they do!) Josh even tried to help with finding an attractive cover for the ugly wellhead that is now above ground right in front of the porch where before there had been a dense 53-year growth of ivy and myrtle.

My pressure switch went out December 29, 2016. Of course this meant no water for me. This seemed to be an extremely busy time for various companies. I called various others and was told I couldn't be worked in for 1-2 weeks. Then someone suggested C&J. I was so happy when they work hard to get me in the same day so I would not be without water. I have never been on well water and had little knowledge. My technician took time to explain things and was nice. I will use them for all of my future well needs!

There was an older guy who came out with a younger guy. They interacted very professionally one to another which was shocking to see. They did not cuss, talk fowl or anything else. Sorry to say, in this society, that is very rare! I was very pleased with the service that I received and would highly recommend them. They even let my husband watch as they installed the pump. He thought it was very interesting. We have not had anymore trouble with our water service so I know he diagnosed the problem correctly and performed the repair appropriately.

Our power went out when they arrived, so they could not replace the pump until the power was restored. we were charged tor the emergency visit. When the power was restored the pump was replaced. A line to the water softener was left disconnected and sprayed water in the area when the softener recycled. overall I was satisfied with th$2000em. We could not get anyone else to come out on the weekend;
