They were very efficient and clean up was great!. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had previously used them for tree trimming and that went well also.

They were delayed due to weather but they were very good to keep us informed of the schedule and when they would be able to do the job. They were very professional on the phone and did a good job. They left everything looking nice.

I called to see if someone could come and look at this Hickory tree. I explained that the tree had damage at the base and appeared to be seriously rotting. I also noticed that in the past 2 weeks, the tree had developed a pretty good lean. Eric (the owner) came by at the end of his day on a Wednesday. He remarked that the tree was in fragile condition and needed to come out ASAP, and it was likely to fall over with any blast of wind or drenching rain. Since it could possibly fall into our house, our neighbor's house, and most certainly onto our fence, I wanted it removed right away. Eric was in total agreement and scheduled the work for the very next morning. Eric and his tree climber, Gary and 3 more workers showed up before sunrise to get started before any rain or wind started. Gary could not climb the Hickory tree because it was too unstable. They used the bucket lift to reach the tree and trim out the limbs and smaller branches. Gary then scaled a nearby Sycamore tree to drape ropes over its large limbs. One end of the rope was flung over to the Hickory and the other end went into a sort of pulley system. This rope was then tied to each large Hickory limb and was used to slowly lower each piece and section to the ground, thus gingerly removing weight from this damaged tree. It was so interesting to see how these guys figured out how to tackle this removal when they had so many challenges to consider. Watching Gary, the tree climber, at work was nothing less than fascinating. I can't say enough about Eric and his team. They moved their schedule around at almost the last minute to take care of this tree that was ready to topple. The crew was polite and hard working. The stump was ground out and the entire area was raked and cleaned up. In all, my experience with Brownsburg Tree Care was a very, very good one! Their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend them to others.

Eric is very good at scheduling the treatment every two years. Techs are timely and through. They don't mind answering questions.

The estimate was easy, they came out and gave an estimate. I then called and scheduled the service, they let me know that they would call the day before they did the service. It took about a week before they came out, we weren't in any hurry. The experience with Brownsburg Tree Service went very well. The work was professionally done, and they did a very nice job spreading the mulch from the stump grinding as well as cleaning up the yard of all of the debris. They let us know there was a possibility of damaging some landscaping blocks before they proceeded with the stump grinding, but they were able to complete the job carefully and without any damage. We were very happy with the service.

A total of 16 trees were removed. Both times, they came while I was at work. When I came home, the trees were gone, and there was no mess. They did an EXCELLENT job! I will definitely use them again and refer them to other people. Brownsburg Tree Care is the BEST!

Brownsburg Tree Care had to remove part of a fence, to get in to where tree was. It was a big tree around a lot of power lines. It took all day with a crew of about 6 men. They did not take a break. They did a excellent job of removing all debris and hauled it all away. I will use them again if the need arises. I would recommend them highly, for their professionalism and promptness and courtesy while on my property..

We had contacted Brownsburg Tree Care some time ago about two dead trees near our house. They promptly came out and evaluated the trees and gave us an estimate. Weather prevented them from doing the work immediately, but they called to let us know the status and scheduled a date to do the work. I was quite pleased with their work. Their attention to safety details was obvious from the start. I could see that they were evaluating all possible methods of safely removing the trees. The preparation process took nearly as long as getting the trees down. To me, this speaks highly of their professionalism. While doing the work, the communication between the climber and those working on the ground further ensured that the job was handled safely. They also made choices that were based on my convenience, rather than theirs. For example, it would have been easier, from their perspective, to park a truck in the driveway and drag the brush across the lawn to it. Instead, they parked on the street and dragged the brush a longer distance through the woods. This was undoubtedly more work for them, but ensured that they did as little damage to the yard as possible. We did have a lower estimate from another company for removing these trees, but chose Brownsburg based on our gut feeling as to the level of professionalism and capability for handling the job without incident. It made no sense to me to risk damage to the house (for example) in an effort to save a little money. I feel very good about the decision we made. I will definitely use Browsburg Tree Care again if the need arises.

The tree was impacting the sidewalk causing it to buckle. They called and kept me informed of the schedule which had to be adjusted due to weather emergencies. There they left the area clean and the yard ready to be repaired in the spring.

They took care to get permission to remove materials through the neighbor's yard. They were delayed by wet weather. However they did a great job on clean up.

We had a large Beech tree in our front yard that had been shedding a number of limbs over the past year. After the most recent drops, we contacted a number of tree companies to have them review the tree. Prior reviews indicated that the tree would likely have to go. Eric and his arborist partner arrived at our home and we discussed the issues we've seen with the tree, and what other companies had also told us about it. Eric and his partner agreed that the tree was being damaged by squirrels, and was likely going to continue to drop branches and become a nuisance. There were also indications that the tree was rotting from the top down. While they were at our property, I also spoke with them about other trees in our back yard. They were very informative, and gave me lots of great information about all of our trees. They spent quite a bit of time at the property, and I really appreciated how helpful they were. They put together a quote on the spot for the beech tree, and gave us two options. 1, to clean the tree up and keep it, and 2 (the recommendation) of removal, including stump grinding. After they left, we had 5 other tree services come out and give us their opinion on the tree. The overwhelming response was that it should be removed, due to the damage, rot, and how close it sat to our home. As much as I did not want to lose such a large, grand tree, we made the decision to remove the Beech. At the end of the day, Brownsburg Tree Care's quote was the most competitive of all the ones we received, and I was so comfortable speaking with their arborists that I made the decision to use their services. We submitted the paperwork to our HOA and gave Kathy a tentative "Ok" on their quote. We got HOA approval much quicker than I anticipated, and the next day I was able to get us on the books for them to come out and remove the tree. Due to the extreme cold temperatures and snowfall we received here in Indianapolis in January, they were not able to come out right away. Kathy, however, did keep me very much in the loop, and I was very appreciate of that. Finally, they gave us a call the night before they were going to come out to make sure that day would work for us -- just as Kathy told us they would do. The next day worked for us, so we agreed. The day of, the crew got to our home early, and got right to work. In the interim between signing and them coming out, I had asked to add on having them chip up some debris that came down in the large snow. They were able to add that onto the contract really inexpensively if I moved it up near the front. I was happy to do so, and they chipped it all up and away. I was impressed with just how quickly they were able to get all the branches cut out of the tree using the bucket truck. They then proceeded to cut the main trunk down in small chunks, until they got the tree to a height they could drop. In no time flat the tree was down, and out came the stump grinder. The machinery cut through the stump in no-time flat. Once done, the crew cleaned up after themselves and left the yard in a nice tidy order. Kathy and Eric are top-notch, and they have a great crew. I would absolutely recommend Brownsburg Tree Care to anyone that needs tree work done at their home.

We have used them two times. They were good to work with and they did what they said they would. I was satisfied with their work. I would use them again.

I have used another well known tree company in the past on two occasions. Our trees our 20 years old. I did contact another company on Angie's List, but found the response to be more of a "lecture" on everything I needed for these two trees. It felt like an upsell to do everything that could be done to trees. The quote for these two trees was not in line with similar bids. I live near Avon/Brownsburg and felt that perhaps a more local service would address my basic needs so I contacted Brownsburg Tree Care. This service was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. As owners, Kathy and Eric, were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. More importantly, they listened to my needs, and then as professionals; made an appropriate recommendation. Eric is a certified Arborist, and he and his associates really care about quality service and customer care. I have used them in December and once again for minor clean up after the last storm; and find their company to be outstanding in all areas including competitive pricing. I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

The trees turned out exactly like I wanted. Both trees were reduced in size to the degree I requested but they still look great - actually better than they did before the trim job. As certified arborists, they know how to trim trees the correct way, to preserve the health and shape of the tree but still achieve the desired objective.

The service was great. They are good company. The owner came out before any work was done to inspect my property and give you an estimate for the work needing to be done and thorough explanation of the work that would be done. They do very maticulous work and made sure not damage any of my property.

Everything turned out fine. They took down one tree. Trimmed 4 very mature large trees. They also cabled one of the trees too. They saw that there was weakness in the tree and made the suggestion to add the cable. I went ahead with that suggestion and they added it in the quote. I appreciate that he made that suggestion. My boyfriend was impressed with the knowledge of the arborist. We liked that they were also a small company and we like to support locals. They came in the beginning of November to quote; and did not come out the end of December to do the actual work. They completed the work in one day and my neighbor who was home said that they were professional. Four workers came out and they had to use the driveways in both of my neighbors properties, they told me ahead of time to get permission from the neighbors. One of my neighbors spoke with them while they came out and was the one who said they were professional.
