Showed up for quote on Saturday morning during a storm. We walked the property after the storm let up. He gave me some good advice on caring for some of our other trees. Their pricing was very competitive. They returned to do the job a little over two weeks later and did it all in one day.

They were really good, responsive, punctual, and professional. The quality of their work was excellent. I would use them again in the future if needed.

As promised they sprayed on time. trimed limb's and bushes.And will come back to make sure every thing We wanted was in good shape.No probled with price they are very affordable.We tried them out last year and will make them our tree& shrub service provider's.Good work,give them a chance.

Large tree next to my driveway had succumbed to emerald ash borers, and I was worried it may drop onto my neighbor's house. Brownsburg Tree Care provided the lowest bid, and did a fine job of removing the tree and cleaning up afterward. I opted to have the stump ground down 8" - 10" below grade, with stump chips left in a mound in the hole. They did a great job of cleaning up around the work area. Work was done on the day they promised, and everything was already completed by the time I got home from work that day.

They're fair and honest. Their price for the job was in line with other quotes we got.

We would give them good reviews. Their performance was good. We had a really good experience and we would refer them to our friends and family members. They were very good. Their professionalism really stood out to us. We will use them again in the future.

Arrived o time did every thing that was on the estimate cleaned is all debris from trees will use again.

After contacting Brownsburg Tree Care they promptly returned our phone call, made an appointment for an estimate. Eric (owner) came to the home on time and explained my best options following my general request. I also coordinated estimates with my next door neighbor and Eric was very patient in going through all the options that home owner wanted to discuss. When my neighbor was ready, we scheduled for service. There was a slight delay but that was because there was a 3rd neighbor that wanted an estimate (and haggle price). Once the date was set, they were kind enough to call ahead and let me know the exact time of arrival. They proceeded with what I would call the latest equipment and knowledge that allowed them to be quick and efficient. I personally watched (as well as my neighbors) as Eric and his crew completed the job without a hitch. They were able to solve many space limitation and handling problems with ease of experience. When the job was complete they did a very thorough clean up.

They were professional, speedy, and delivered as promised. Price was a little hard to nail down, but in the end we were satisfied. We will use them again, and would recommend them to family and friends.

From the initial estimate to the finished project, Brownsburg Tree Care was very prompt, pleasant, experienced and professional. The entire crew was very efficient and helpful with our questions as the work progressed. All the work was completed as agreed, and the clean up was excellent. We were very impressed and highly recommend them.

They took excellent care of our landscaping. They put down boards to drive the truck in close to the tree. They expertly lowered huge branches to avoid numerous plants in our yard and the neighboring yard. They completely cleaned all debris in both yards and hauled it away. They even replaced my fresh edging around the planted beds.

Eric came to give me an estimate wtihin 2 days of calling for an appointment. He was prompt and matter of fact. He appeared to want to save the trees as much as possible and was realistic in what needed to be done. He gave suggestions and then allowed me to make the decision. The day that they came to complete the work, it was difficult to tell that they had been there. They cleaned up after themselves and having the trees trimmed or removed was my only indication that work had been done. The work was done in an appropriate time frame and the trimmed trees look amazing. I would definitely recommend Brownsburg Tree Care.

Came when I was gone. Which I was happy about-performed work & removed all debries. Even took down a section of fence so they could get to the stump that needed removed.

We had a very big job and Brownsburg Tree did an excellent job. We got lot of quotes and their price was good and the lowest of the reputable quotes. They had to work near powerlines, above our garage, and the tree was over 12 feet in diameter. They were responsive, professional, etc. Very happy with their work.

They were very thorough and professional. They cleaned up any mess and I couldn't tell they were here except for looking at the trees.

Following the removal of both trees they raked and cleaned the property removing all limbs, twigs and debris from not only my yard and shed but also the neighbors property and shed. They expertly ground down the stumps and hauled away all unwanted wood. Their estimate came in on the lower side of the quotes that I received. I have used them before and I would recommend them to family and friends! .

The crew was prompt and professional in all regards. They were very careful to minimize any damage to surrounding trees and vegetation and to avoid damage to the house. Clean up was very good.

They are amazing and wonderful. They have done multiple visits and multiple works for me. The guy was Eric and his wife Kathy did such a wonderful job. They are amazing. They have hired another person to do office billing and stuff. She is great. They put some chemical around the tree. Eric was so willing to come out and meet with more than one contractor to discuss the plans for the wall about how far back they would have to dig, how quick it would be next to the tree, and the best way to save the tree. He just went above and beyond. He was always willing to come out and talk and make sure we do everything to save the tree.

He was very reasonably priced and professional. They cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell the tree was ever there.

From start to finish, the company provided excellent service. The phone representative was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. This put an excellent face to the company. Meeting with the Eric Loveland to set up the work to be done was likewise an enjoyable experience. He was very flexible in setting up the appointment to inspect the work to be done, his price was very reasonable, and he did not attempt to sell me on new trees or other plants that he knew would not survive for long. He also made me aware that because of other work already scheduled, the time to get my work finished might be delayed. But his estimate was reasonable (there was no emergency in my case), and I appreciated the honest evaluation. In addition, his phone representative contacted me the day before the work was to be done, just like he had promised. The work was exactly as promised, and done with little evidence of them ever having been there (except for the mulch left in the area - which I had requested). There was no mess to clean up after, no gates to the backyard left open. In short, a perfect experience. I had been recommended this company by a friend who has had many trees removed and new ones planted. She has been totally impressed not only with the work, but with the people involved who run this company. I agree, and ardently recommend Brownsburg Tree Care for your tree work.

It went very well from the moment they showed up. They were on time and did a great job doing exactly what they said they would do. We did not want our trees topped and he did not do it. He is not in the business of topping trees. I wanted the trees to be trimmed but to also maintain the health of the trees, and I feel like he did it. I appreciate his professional integrity and would hire this company again.
