Everything went fine. Crew arrived on time, made quick work of tree and debris removal.

I had a part of the a tree truck fall during a storm . They were able to co me out quickly and cut off branches . They also recommended a brace to protect the tree in future . I am very happy with their service .

Brownsburg Tree Care LLC was great! They finished pruning back the locust this year and it looks great. They also pruned other trees in my yard and Eric has given me advice on the trees in my yard damaged by DuPont's Imprellis weed control product. In fact, I will be hiring Brownsburg Tree Care LLC to take care of my trees as part of DuPont claim settlement. I trust Eric and his team and would recommend them to anyone who wants a trained and knowledgable arborist to work on your trees. In addition, Eric is an American veteran, so I am proud to be able to support him in his business.

The crew was punctual, professional, experienced and congenial. They removed the two trees remarkably fast, and chipped them as we instructed. They were very accommodating in dumping the chips where we asked and offered more chips at a later date as they accumulated them. I can't think of any way that the service they provided could have been any better. I'm very impressed, and they will be handling all of my tree needs in the future. The treatment for the remaining ash trees is scheduled for spring for the additional estimated cost.

Excellent service. He seemed knowledgeable and I like the way he explained how he was going to trim them. He came and cleaned up his messed and did an overall good job.

Did not cause any damage to home or surrounding structures. It was very interesting to see how they cut down mature trees without harming neighbors property or ours. Clean up was very thorough. They even cut out some superficial roots that was killing off the lawn.

They were great to work with and I would use them again. They were prompt and professional.

Eric came out to estimate the job and gave us different pricing options for different scenarios. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the estimate was straightforward and easy to understand, even with the different options listed. The price was also very reasonable compared to other estimates. The crew who performed the work was very professional. They did a great job with removal of one tree and stump (you really can't tell there was ever a tree there!), and they did a very significant trim of another very large tree but still made it look good, retaining a nice shape. They also agreed on the spot to trim two branches from a third tree at no additional charge. When I arrived home from work, they were midway through the job and our yard was literally covered in limbs. They cleared a path up the driveway for me to get into the house and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished.

Work completed very efficiently and site left very tidy with stump and surface roots removed.

I called Eric and he came out the very next day for a quote (he was the first one out and I set up 4 quotes). I got one other quote for the very same job and it was over $100 more. His crew came out the very next day and took the tree out and ground the stump in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be sharing their info! Thanks for a quick, high quality job!!

It went absolutely great. They cleaned up all smaller branches, cleaned up entirely in the front yard. And in fact this cleanup occurred each day before the stopped for the day. They were at the house on 3 or 4 separate days to get this huge job completed. I felt that Eric provided excellent advice to me. We did decide to try to save a strategically located ash tree right in front of my house, so that tree will be treated once every 2 years, and hopefully it will survive. The other trees he admitted we could take a risk and attempt to treat those trees, but ultimately we decided together to remove them all. Several of the trees hung over the house, and they had climbers that took down these trees with no damage at all to the house. I was very pleased with their work, and will use them again if needed.

This is the second time we used Brownsburg Tree and we were very satisfied both times! They came out and gave us an estimate and after we called and told them we want them to do the work they came out and did the work within a week. There were no surprise fees after they did the work. The trees they trimmed look great and there was no damage where the tree was cut down. It was in a tricky spot. They clean up great! It was a very enjoyable experience working with this company. I thought the prices were very reasonable too.

The amount they charged seemed more reasonable than other tree services I got estimates from. They were out here right away, they cleaned up real well. They were quick. I was really happy with them.

Their price was lower than their quote. I would use them again they were great.

The crew showed up as scheduled, and completed the work in a timely manner. We had asked them to leave the ground up limbs (mulch), and they did so without any problem. I noticed that there were some large chunks of stumps left at some of the locations, that I caught with the mower the first time I mowed after the work, but it wasn't a big deal. After they left, we noticed a stump that had been marked to be removed that wasn't. We called, and without any question, they said it would be taken care of, and it was. We have been very please with Brownsburg Tree Care, and will definitely call them in the future for any work of this nature.

A year ago, I contacted Eric and Kathy Loveland of Brownsburg Tree Care because I was impressed with them both being veterans and because of Eric's certification as an arborist. I asked him to take a look at all of the trees on our lot. Although we live on a small town lot, I have several trees, which was one of the main attractions for me when we moved in many years ago. He took a sample from our huge front maple and sent it to Purdue for analysis. He recommended that we have the side maple banded because it has grown with two forks and explained that a high wind of certain direction could cause the tree to split at either of those forks and have to be removed. He determined that it was possible to install the band high enough in the tree to protect both forks rather than have to install two bands. He also explained that the band would be installed high in the canopy so that it wouldn't be obvious. He inspected an elm, honey locust, another maple, and a hawthorn in the back yard and provided excellent recommendations for care and maintenance. We will have him back again soon to remove the hawthorn that is in bad shape. A couple of weeks ago the maple in the front side yard happened to lose a small branch during a period of high wind. I had to ask the fire department to come by and move the limb because it was blocking the alley and had hung up on the utility lines to the neighboring building. They pointed out that there was one more branch high up that would fall since it was already hanging at an odd angle. Since there were a few branches that were hanging low over our roof and the neighboring building, I decided it was time to call Eric and have the tree banded and ask if he could prune during the same trip. It was important to me that two small, seemingly mis-placed branches were not removed (even though it would improve the overall aesthetics of the tree) because they are used by my young granddaughters to climb the tree. The crew came out, banded the tree so high and so well, that it took me five minutes to even spot it. The tree was pruned very well, and the two "special" branches were still in place! It looks very good. They completely cleaned up debris so that there is no evidence at all of them having worked on the tree. The amount he added to my original estimate for the banding was very reasonable so that the entire job was done for just $425.00. He even left the printed copy of the report from Purdue regarding the analysis of my big old maple (even though Kathy had called me with the results when they came in a year ago).

Was VERY impressed by the quality of service and professionalism from Brownsburg Tree Care LLC. I received an estimate from another tree company that was twice as much as Brownsburg charged. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

We had a dead tree in our very small backyard. I was worried about having it removed because just wasn't much room for it to fall. I found Brownsburg Tree Care on Angie's List and decided to have them give us an estimate. My wife called to schedule the estimate and they were very professional on the phone and showed up when expected for the estimate. The price was significantly less than I expected. It was so low that I was considering calling someone else because I was sure that there was something missing.When Eric gave the estimate to my wife, she asked him to go ahead and get it scheduled. He let her know that they were booked up with storm damage and it may be a couple of weeks. Of course that wasn't a problem for us. My wife asked him to give us a call when they would be ready to schedule. He told her that they would come when they could and if we weren't home, they would go ahead and take care of the tree and leave the bill on the door. I was shocked that a company can still operate this way. Figuring that it would be a couple of weeks, we just put it out of mind. Much to our surprise, Eric called about 4 days later saying that they could come the following day. The crew showed up and made short work of the dead tree. My wife said that she didn't even know they were there until the chainsaw fired up. The whole process took about a half an hour. The guys took down the tree, cut the wood in 16" pieces, chipped and hauled the brush away, ground the stump, and neatly stacked the firewood along our fence. Once they were done, they raked the area and left it clean. I was very impressed by the efficiency and skill demonstrated by the crew. Brownsburg Tree Care is the best in my book!

We had a very large Ash tree that the trunk had spit and had to come down. Due to the wet spring we had, our backyard was too wet to drive their large boom truck on so they came out and put large ropes in the tree to reinforce it until the ground dried out a bit. The tree would have fallen in the neighbors yard and done damage. Eric came out on occasion to check how the ropes were holding up and to check the yard condition. The first crew came to our home and treated our trees for Emerald Ash Borer. Another crew reinforced two of our large trees that have multiple trunks by putting cables in their trunks and cabling them together. Once the yard had dried up a bit, Eric and his crew arrived at our house promptly at the time we were given and started to cut down our large Ash Tree. We are on a septic system and the fingers had to be driven over by their large boom truck to reach the tree. They drove the truck in on large mats so the ground and fingers would not be damaged and also parked the truck on these mats. They dropped the tree in pieces on these mats as well so the ground would not be damaged by falling logs. When the guys had finished cutting the tree down they put all the logs in one area, raked the entire area in the backyard, blew off the entire driveway where they had drug the branches with leaves to the front and used a chipper to chip up. They also cleaned the road in front of the house where their chipper was.!! By looking at the entire yard you would not have known anything had been done except for the area where the stump grounds were. Everyone did a fantastic job, from the office staff to the guys that did the work. We could have found a company to do it cheaper but with the job this company did, it was worth it. The next time we need any tree work done this will be the first and only company we call....Great Job Guys !!!!!!!!!

We called on Monday for someone to come out and get the tree limb from the wire and neighbor's garage. They came out the same morning and left and invoice. We didn't even have to take off of work to meet them. Total was less than the phone estimate. We were very pleased. Everything was cleaned up as well.

Eric and his team did an outstanding job! When I contacted him about this job he responded quickly, advised me on the health of the trees, and a plan to complete the job. They removed trees, ground the stumps, and left the ground level. I am completly satisfied and if the need arises again, I will call on Eric to do the work.

We're very pleased with the service. I called Brownsburg Tree Care on Friday after high winds brought down the limb onto our neighbor's house. Eric came out Saturday afternoon to give us a quote, and promised to be there first thing Monday morning to remove the limb. The price seemed good. They arrived at 7am Monday morning, and had 5-6 men with them to quickly and carefully remove the limbs. It was done within an hour, and they left the yards and roof clean. They also made recommendations for other trees in our yard. We were very pleased with their work, and we plan to have them return in the fall to remove an ash tree and a pin oak tree. They offer reduced pricing for fall/winter tree work.

Arrived when scheduled for estimate. Left quote with Certificate of Insurance. Followed up with company to discuss dead tree and also one of our trees overtaking the patio area. Scheduled work for later in the month. Eric Loveland, the owner, showed up promptly with his crew. Eric seemed to care about the condition of the trees and spent quite a bit of his own time on a small tree that wasn't growing properly. When I came out later in the day he had already carefully dug around the tree base and removed the roots choking the trunk. I was pleased this was taken care but we hadn't discussed a price for this. I asked what this would cost and he told me there was no cost. He and his crew wanted to save the tree and were excited over being able to do this. This tree was planted by the prior homeowners and just never seemed to grow properly. I'm looking forward to seeing this tree flourish over the next few years. They went above and beyond to service my yard. They took special care to leave the property clean and neat.

When I called for an estimate someone showed up the next day and walked through everything with me. I wanted to try and save my tree but he told me it was too far gone so we arranged to have it removed. I called back to schedule and told them it was not an emergency. It took a month but that was ok with me. I wasn't home but was called to tell they were coming. When I got home everything was done and totally cleaned up.
