Excellent work. Very knowledgeable and professional.

They did a good job, the price was fair, and they did exactly what they promised. I do wish they would have called ahead as I had made the appointment back in the fall and it was a little alarming to see people walking around my lawn, but overall they were very good.

Eric was very responsive, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He spent considerable time with us in our yard during his initial visit evaluating the health of our trees, recommending interventions which would ensure our trees would be at their best for the longest duration of time without breaking the bank. Eric thoroughly explained information to us, spent plenty of time answering our questions, and offered information which we found valuable. Work was performed without any need for us to be at home which was very convenient. The work was done in a timely fashion with no mess left behind and no issues to be addressed afterwards. We are handy and enjoy doing home improvements, but the grinding down of the tree stumps would have been an outrageously sized job for do it ourselves without the proper equipment. However, it was just a few hundred dollars for Eric to do the job, and he was done in one day!! We were thrilled to have him take care of this for us!! One of the most pleasant home improvement businesses we've dealt with! Would recommend!

They called the night before and arrived when promised. A crane was used to remove pieces of the oak tree and place them in a truck. The crane was tied to the top of the walnut and it was removed in one piece. The work was done by 3pm. The tree truncks we ground up and leveled with the surrounding area. All wood and branches were removed. The lawn was raked. The crane minimized the need for equipment on the lawn. Large planks were used under any equipment on the lawn. There was minimal damage to the lawn; grass was pressed down and it returned to normal with the next rain. We have since engaged them to cable a large maple tree.

The company did a good job of reaching out to us to setup an appointment.

They came and looked at the tree, explained what they would do, etc. On the day they were to come, it was dangerously cold, so I was glad when they called and postponed. I could not be home when they did the work, but they did a great job. I sent them a check for double what I owed them, and they kindly sent the check back to me. I then sent a check for the correct amount. I was totally pleased with the work and professional way this company did business.

Eric was very professional. He gave me good advice on all my trees, not just the ones he worked on. I also liked the fact that there was work I thought needed doing, but he said no, it was not necessary. I liked his demeanor and honesty. I will definitely use them again.

He was thorough and professional. He came when he said he was coming and was punctual. His prices were good as well. I still have his estimate, but I haven’t done any of the work yet. At the time he was offering a discount to Angie’s List members.

I think their price was reasonable because it was the second time we used them. They were quick, thorough and cleaned up everything. They were very good. We would hire them again. they were right on time. They are always good on the phone and they get back to me whenever I call them.

The crew arrived on time as scheduled. They were courteous, helpful and efficient. The job was completed in less than an hour and the crew cleaned up after the job was completed. I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to others.

They were excellent. The cleaned up and were in and out in less than about an hour and a half. They didn't take very long at all. The quality was outstanding. They called me to let me know when they were coming and what time would they be here. They were on the money when it came to when they would be here. They did everything and more than they said they were going to do.

They did a great job. They were able to get the ash tree out without driving their truck into my yard or my neighbor's yard. That seemed to be quite the feat since the tree was growing right at the base of another tree and hanging over my fence above the neighbor's yard. They cleaned up after themselves and even hauled away a big branch that had fallen in the backyard after a recent storm. They will be coming back in the spring to treat my ash trees for the emerald ash borer and do a bit of trim work on those as well.

After purchasing deals they were very accomadating. We scheduled an appt for them to see what needed to be done in order to give us estimate. They said if we were not accepting of the quote that they would give us a refund. We were pleased with the estimate and proceeded with the service.

Called after purchasing Big Deal. Owner came out to do estimate and look over pther trees and scrubs. Made recommendations of additional services. No pressure to.purchase service Authorized tree removal and stump grinding. Very professional, cleanup was excellent. Will definitely use them for additional services

Would definitely use again. They gave us an estimate and when I hired them. They came out again just to make sure of the amount of work to be done. They arrived on time to do the job and were gone in 2 hours.There was no mess left behind.
