It went very well. My neighbors and I were happy that the crew cleaned up the mess at the end of the job, and my neighbors commented on their professionalism. A small landscape light was accidentally smashed on my neighbor's property and Eric the owner has already ordered a replacement and talked with my neighbor about replacing it before I found out at the end of the job. The crew took great care to lay down mats for the heavy trucks and equipment to avoid damaging the lawn and irrigation systems on my property and my neighbor's adjacent to my property. They even covered and protected my neighbors A/C unit so debris wouldn't collect around it. My neighbors took notice and were appreciative. The crew gave me a price to use the stump-grind machine on the whole flowerbed when I asked and I agreed to the additional price. Later I got a call from Kathy, one of the owners, and she let me know they were refunding part of the charge for the additional flowerbed clearing because she and Eric felt the job warranted a lesser charge than what I was quoted by a crew member at the time when that additional, unplanned part of the job was added. I mention this to point out how fair and conscientious Eric and Kathy are. Not only is this company skilled and professional at the work they do, but they look out for me, the customer, and work hard to keep me a happy customer for the long-term. This kind of customer care, built on trust and a measure of goodwill, has created a loyal customer out of me, and over time we have developed a good win/win business relationship between us as a result of this. I have had them do other work for me in the past over the last couple of years (about $1,500 worth), since moving into the home I am now in, and I have found this company to be consistently reliable and honest. That is why I have used them several times and consider them my "go to tree company". It means a lot to have an certified Arborist who is knowledgeable in professional tree care to work on my trees. Eric the owner has advised me and consulted me on how to treat and take care of my trees since the first consultation I had with him when my husband and I first bought our home with mature trees 2 1/2 years ago. Eric is good about explaining a job and an estimate. He's good about letting me know how far out he is booked and the ground conditions needed for him to schedule my job, so I can have realistic expectations. Eric and Kathy are professional and friendly, and a pleasure with which to do business. I've come to count on them for exceptional service at a fair, reasonable price. I feel that I've received a good value for the money I've spent with them. Eric always puts his quotes in writing and provides a copy of his certificate of liability insurance.

The guys came when they said they would. I was gone, but they removed the trees, treated the stumps against regrowth, and cleaned up the mess. When I returned home, the only way I knew that they had been there was that the trees were gone. They did an EXCELLENT job! I will definitely use them again.

Came out for estimate, was roughly on time so we could look the trees over together. On day of service brought about 4 men, and the right equipment to get done quickly. Did a very nice job of leveling the land after, and cleaning up.

We were very pleased with them. They previously cut down a large cottonwood tree and I was very happy with them. So when we had this storm damage, I called them. They came out the next morning with the crew. They were just great! They gave us the estimate and explained what they were going to do. Two of the three tress were very mature and they had to climb up them. The guys were great, professional, ran a very good crew, and seemed to be very knowledge about trees. They cleaned my yard after the work was complete very well. They also cleaned up the trees as nice as they could and were able to save a Walnut tree. They were honest and would tell me what exactly what to expect. While they were here, a number of neighbors came by to ask them for estimates and tree work. We are very pleased with them.

We used them in 2011 and were extremely satisfied that we called them to remove additional trees. Eric also pointed out to us that we had damage to our pines from the Imprellis pesticide by Dupont. Due to his advice, we filed a claim and will now receive compensation for that damage. He also treated our Ash tree. We have recommended him to our neighbors as well. Outstanding service and extremely professional!

Came as scheduled. Kept me in their records to remind me when it was time to retreat the tree. Previously did it 2 years ago. Also, hired them earlier this spring to trim limbs and remove overcrowded trees in my woods. Did a great job!

I contacted the provider for an estimate. He did an estimate the same day (and came in the lowest of 4 estimates). I asked to be put on his schedule and his team was out in less than a week. They arrived, had the tree down and chopped up in less than 30 minutes, then ground the stump and cleaned up the mess. They were gone less than an hour and a half after they arrived and just a small pile of wood chips where the tree used to be was the only evidence. My ONLY complaint was that they blocked my driveway which prevented me from going to an appointment. But I was able to reschedule the appointment, so all is good.

The crew came in, did exactly what they said and probably a little more. They cleaned up after themselves. They were vary professional. I would certainly use them again.

Couldn't ask for better service. This was the 2nd or 3rd time this company treated my ash tree. Eric is knowledgeable and honest. The first time he came, about 3 years ago, he noticed my beehive, and did a bit of research to make sure the treatment would not harm the honey bees. I made a few phone calls to local and state bee associations to make sure we were on the same page. Injecting the soil seemed to be safe, as opposed to drenching. I am very satisfied with the service.

I called and within the day he came out and gave me an estimate. I was very concerned because tree leaned over sidewalk where kids walk to school. Work was done the very next evening! Very happy with quick professional service. The treatment for Ash borer was done about a week later. Definitely refer to everyone!

Purchased 2 Big deals for Brownsburg Tree Care LLC. Had them cut a tree down and clean up 2 that had been down. Did a very good, cleaned up nicely when done. He had waited a short time before coming out due to yard being wet, didn't want to tear yard up. Very nice of him to wait.

Eric came on a Saturday afternoon to give me the quote and they did the work while I was at work so it didn't interrupt my work schedule at all. Eric was great and while I didn't meet any of the guys who did the work, they did a great job. I would use them again.

This is a service that I have had them perform for the past several years, so I was excited to get a Big Deal and save a little money this year. When I first decided that I needed some protection against the ash borer, I called several places for information and recommendations, but was most impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Brownsburg Tree Care. When I called this first time, I spoke with Kathy who took a great deal of time to explain to me everything I needed and wanted to know about the ash borer, how it would and has impacted trees in our area, and what I could do to most effectively protect my trees from this pesky little insect. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I felt that she was well-educated in the field of trees and especially the emerald ash borer. I set up an appointment to have my trees treated. Eric arrived to perform the tree service and he was equally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I walked the yard with him first and he explained anything to me that I wanted to know about the ash borer. I have additionally had this company remove several trees and grind the stumps. I have found their work to be high quality and their prices to be fair. They are great about communication and I always feel I am in great hands when they are performing a service at my home. I would recommend Brownsburg Tree Care to anyone and will continue to use them for my tree care needs.
