We were so pleased with their promptness and professionalism. They came within 1 day of our request for an estimate, and provided a cover sheet for their liability insurance with the estimate. Eric was very knowledgable about the pear tree and felt that it could no longer be saved. The next time a portion of the tree is blown down, it would likely hit our house, so we requested that he remove it. Since we had a large downed branch (1/5 of tree) in the yard, he arranged his schedule to cut the tree down the very next day. We did not yet have all the utilities marked yet, so he returned about 5 days later to remove the stumps. Very knowledgable, very responsive and kind. He left the yard in terrific shape. He is the only person I will call or recommend in the future for tree service.

Everything went fine. Eric came out on Monday for a look, called me with a price and returned next day to do the job. The job sight was spotless when he left. This is not the first time I have used Brownsburg Tree Care. I live in a wooded area and he has done work for me many times, always done a fantastic job and the prices are right on.

I have used them before and I will use them again. They came in and did what they said they would do and left no damage. They are very professional and clean up very well.

We were very pleased with Brownsburg Tree Care LLC. Everyone was friendly, down-to-earth, honest and followed through with their word. We called them for an estimate a few months ago and within a few days Eric, an owner, was out in the rain looking at the trees. He was very friendly, even complimenting our trees and suggesting a few things that we could do. He told us up-front that they were currently on a 6-8 week-out schedule. It was nice to have a realistic time-frame. Once we accepted the estimate, we were told we would be called the Sunday beforehand or 1 day before they would come out. Both of these were followed through with. When the crew came out to trim the trees Eric showed up first and chatted with us for a bit. He was very appreciative of our business and appreciated that we waited the 8 weeks for them to come out. There were 2 guys trimming the trees manually and 1 guy on a bucket trimming the top of the trees. Even though our trees are medium sized, they worked for a few hours making sure the trees looked great. While they were trimming they were raking up the yard and chipping it. We are very happy with our trees and would definitely use Brownsburg Tree Care LLC again.

I called Cathy, which works in the office. Whenever I called she kept me informed on what the date would be for the service. She was very helpful. The manager that came out coordinated both properties which made it easier for me to be at one, versus going back and forth between both locations. I would recommend them!

I had used Brownsburg Tree Service several years ago for some minor shrub removal. This job was extremely more extensive. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. His prices were extremely competitive The crew arrived promptly the morning the work was scheduled and set directly to work. I was amazed at the speed at which they proceeded. Everyone was respectful and willing to answer any questions I had. When the work was completed they raked the entire yard. It was as if the trees were never there in the first place. I will continue to use Brownsburg Tree Service for all future work.

They did an excellent job. This is the second time we have hired Brownsburg Tree Care LLC. They are a terrific company to work with, their prices were reasonable, and they do a wonderful job. Our neighbors have hired them because of the job that did for us.

The work was completed in a very timely manner and the tree technician that came out to the house was very pleasant. One of our trees was treated accidentally (it was going to be cut down), but rather than charge us for a tree we didn't plan to have treated, they simply gave us the treatment for free. They are extremely busy, but still do a great job at returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again for any additional tree work we need done.

The tree trimming looked great, but they didn't trim the tree back as far as I would of liked. So, I called them back and they were very understanding and responsive. They came out the next day and finished the job with no problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

Excellent. They are really good, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They grind the stumps down lower and haul everything away. New looking equipment.

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate and they arrived promptly. When they returned to do the work, they again were prompt and explained what they were going to do. The original estimate did not include removing half the birch tree, but once the crew supervisor saw the tree, he made the recommendation because the way the tree had grown, it could easily split into two. I was not charged any extra above the original estimate for this additional work.

I have been really happy with Brownsburg Tree Care's work. He just did a great job. He cleaned up so I had him back. I feel they're really professional and he did a great job on the items that they offered. They just did a superb job. I haven't had any issues with them.

Had a few branches that were snapped by the storm on 31-August. It was at the top of the tree and wasn?t completely detached from the tree so it would have been very difficult for me to get to those branches. I couldn?t pull them off and was afraid they could fall. Called on Tuesday and left a message. I had also messaged them though Angie?s List with a little more detail than the phone message. I didn?t expect a quick response because I figured others were also calling with damage. I was contacted the same day and on Wednesday the person came out and gave me an estimate and luckily just the branches, not the entire tree, needed to be removed. I called back the same day and agreed to the estimate and was told it could be a few days before they could schedule the work. I was called on Thursday that the work would be done on Friday before noon due to the nature and location of the branches. The crew arrived around 10:20 and was surprised that for only a few branches there was quite the crew of people and equipment. They set up everything quickly and took the time to make certain the branches were removed without damaging the other branches. They cleaned up the debris afterwards and besides the gap in the tree you wouldn?t have known they were there. The whole job took about 30 minutes. Definitely would use them again when I have to get the tree pruned in a few years.

Did a great job. Professional. Had the right equipment and a large enough crew to get the job done quickly. I was impressed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It drug on for quite a while. I paid him $275 to remove one tree and grind the stump. The total bill was $720 plus the Big Deal for $99. We were revising the quote and he had a scheduling problem which slowed everything down. He had a big crew. It is a small company so it took him a while to get over here. It took him about 3 weeks. Everything went fine when he did it. I didn't compare his price. I was satisfied with the work. Eric was very nice to work with. It was kind of expensive. I think he was as expensive as any other first class tree companies. He worked from 7:30-11 am. I think he was trying to get some other work in the area so that could have delayed him. They were very professional. I don't think I would use him again because he is way over in Brownsburg.

Everything went well and the tree is still living. But we were expecting a larger tree and it hasn't yet grown much.

Could not be more pleased. Very happy with the work that was done, including a warranty replacement of a reinforcing cable that broke loose. Very professional, very courteous, easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future.

They go above and beyond in their work for us.

We had many days of rain so the work was delayed several weeks to prevent a muddy mess in my lawn. They arrived early in the day, and the work was completed in several hours. All debris from the work was removed from my property. My property was left clean and much improved from its previous condition. All of the workers were professional and polite. They had some impressive machinery which most home owners would not have to do the precise work the completed in such a short time. The grass seed they sowed is now starting to grow. I was very pleased with the work completed and I would recommend this company.
