The team did a beautiful job. The stove, oven, and fridge looked like new, floors mopped, carpets vacuumed, cupboards cleaned, bathrooms and kitchen spotless.

The people who owned the house prior to us did not clean before they moved out. TT was recommended by our realtor. They were very nice and came out right away. I didn't think they were particularly professional and overcharged us for the last minute cleaning.

If you give me the date you were cleaned (I didn't see the job on June 1st) I can look up the work sheet and make sure you were not over charged. We are repeat customers. We think they are reasonable but they did not have a written invoice and we had to request one. They were a bit casual about that. But the work itself was excellent. The supervisor came and looked and we walked around with him. We are happy with the work and we are planning to use them again.

Tonya's Touch does house cleaning, not just "housecleaning". They do exterior work, like power washing siding and cleaning out gutters. They do interior cleaning, including heavy cleaning like moving furniture, rolling up carpets, waxing floors. And yes, they do windows -- when they're done the windows will be so clean you'll think they removed the glass. You do need to let them know what is on your schedule so they can get the right crew on their schedule. We asked for complete cleaning, not just the sort of wipe-wipe-wipe-move-on cleaning you so often get. We wanted those rooms spotless. They *detailed* those rooms, like someone detailing your car. When they got finished, those rooms were ready to show in a house tour or real estate showing. Model home stuff. When they did the kitchen floor, they dusted the floorboards first, then vacuumed the whole room (it's a 22' square country kitchen), then got down on hands and knees and scrubbed the tile. Once we get the house caught up (we've been looking for a competent service for two years, and there is some serious catching up to do!), we'll have them switch to lighter touch-up cleaning, but if you need heavy cleaning done, you can't go wrong with Tonya's Touch.

Will and Susan did a good job of light spring cleaning in our downstairs. Will even washed an upstairs window that was not planned on, and carried out heavy plants to the front porch. They were very pleasant and efficient. A big help--especially for senior citizens!

ight!Tonya's 3-man team showed up a little later than scheduled, so I was worried that I would be delayed for my noon appointment. I shouldn't have worried, though, because they definitely knew what they were doing and did it very efficiently. One of their workers was very tall, and he was able to reach my skylights without a tall ladder, which is good, because they forgot to bring their tall ladder. It was all so smooth--they had razor blades to scrape off debris on the outside of the windows (and they knew not to try scraping the tempered glass for fear of scratching), large washer pads that made the actual washing process super-efficient. Looking out my windows after they were done reminded me of when I got glasses the first time--I saw things in a whole new light!

We could not be happier with this company. The were on time, professional, clean, and friendly. We have 42 windows, some 3 stories high. I don't think our windows have ever been this clean! They did a fantastic job.

They did a great job - very thorough. A team of three worked together. Two did the windows and the third did the bathrooms. I was so pleased with their work that I have scheduled them for three regular house cleanings.

We have been using their services for about a year now. We are pretty satisfied and they do a great job. We are very pleased with them. The price is a little bit high but it’s good. We will absolutely continue to use them.

I have used them for quite a few years and they also do housecleaning, apart from window cleaning. They washed the windows inside, outside and in between in 4 hours. They are very thorough and I have a skylight, so they went up to clean. They were 2 of them and they got ladders, went up and did the job. They were not paid by the hour, instead paid per window. They did a great job and they were very reasonable. I checked other places and they were better than them. I like them because they come and you don’t even know, they do not bother and just stick to their job. I will use them in future.
