Description of Work: This nice couple did general cleaning of large bedroom, office, upstairs hall, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, family room, living room, and window sills. They also cleaned 5 large windows in the family room. Although it was expensive, it was very helpful to get caught up on this, and they did a good job.

Description of Work: They did an average job that cost more than average. Tonya was responsive to my complaints, but the re-visit was not any better than the 1st time.

Description of Work: After several home cleaning servicesa have found Tonya's Touch to be the best. Their charge is $100 (min.) for 2 hrs with 2 people. One is a lead person and oversees the in house work. Will call if delayed for app't. but rarely are late. Have found the service to be flexible, can change schedule if required and help with odd chores (move plants, etc.) while here. If routine cleaning complete will stay to do other cleaning up to the two hours. Billing is in advance and by the month.

Description of Work: After calling for a quote, we were able to negotiate a different work plan (cleaning fewer windows), so that the charges would fit my budget. The appointment was set for the following week at a time that was convenient for me. The work team showed up promptly, explained what they were doing, were kind to my crazy dogs, and worked hard. The work was well done and this customer is more than satisfied.

Description of Work: They washed 12 windows, screens, ledges, inside/outside. They vacuumed, dusted, cleaned three bathrooms, three bedrooms, family room, dining room, living room, and kitchen. My wife died 30 months ago, after being hospitalized for the previous 30 months. The house had not been professionally cleaned in five years and was a total mess. Tanya's Touch did an OUTSTANDING job, on all counts, the boss carefully checking everything, to make sure it had been done up tto her high standards. My friend and I were both really impressed with their work. Five people worked hard, and with great cheer and consideration, for about 2.5 hours. They sent a large crew, because we wanted the job finished by noon. They made it, right on the dot!
