REGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICE

I rented from the Steeple Chase complex for 3 years. My apartment was clean and updated; the grounds were beautiful and cleaned up daily. Office staff was very friendly and responsive to my requests. During my early days there, a person had parked in my driveway and blocked my car in. The manager showed up and drove me to work and then picked me up!  Way beyond the call of duty. Maintenance team ROCKED!  They were always there within hours and very professional. All repairs or issues were addressed quickly. They were so helpful with moveout and more than fair with the deposit issue. No complaint or concern was too small. They responded quickly and always sent a follow up email to be sure I was happy with the outcome If the complex had not been so far from my work, I would not have moved. The rent is a little high not not outrageous for the Bloomington market. I would definitely recommend this complex to anybody who wants to live above the basic 'student' pickings but is not willing to pay the outrageous prices of some of the newer upscale offerings

This was a perfect experience. I miss the old times at Meadow Park. The on-site staff was professional, fast, and clean. The property is as described on their web page: clean, friendly and has mature landscaping (park like setting). The complex was safe, free of insects, warm in winter, cool in summer, quiet, and a wonderful place for academic individuals. I would move back without a doubt given the chance.
