My roof is complex. RCV did a nice job. They have good customer service. The crew did quality work and were hardworking. The sales rep and crew foremen were very knowledgeable.

Staff of RCV went above and beyond. The workmanship on the roof is wonderful. They were honest, on time, and cleaned up when completed.

Very professional. Excellent customer service from the owner himself, site manager, office staff, and laborers.

The service was great. We felt we received a great overall picture of where our roof is. The gentleman who can to the house was knowlegeable and professional. Luckily our roof has a few more years in it but we will be looking at RVC when the time comes

We saw the good work done by RCV on the home across the street.We knew that our roof was in need of replacement, and had discovered a possible leak.We were on a very tight schedule, and would be away for an extended period. We received a call, and due to a cancellation, our job could be done very quickly. The materials and crew arrived on schedule. The crew did the tear off of two layers of shingles and replaced the 4X8 roof panels as needed. The roof was covered with felt, "ice shield" and new flashing, and the Owens Corning Duration shingles were applied. This all was done in one day. The crew was well trained and worked together like a well oiled machine. Rain and darkness caused part of the crew to return early the next morning to finish the chimney flashing. There were several minor gutter guard repairs which were immediately made by a RCV crew. There has been a heavy storm with wind and rain to "test" the roof. There are no leaks. I have received a good warranty from RCV and Owens Corning which will cover this home for many years.I give this job "five stars", an A+, or 99.9%. ( I don't give 100%s) T.H.Hollingsworth, MD

RCV (Jay and Ashlee) was very professional and extraordinary in their response to questions.  They worked with us and our storm damage insurance claim to maximize the quality of our roofing replacement. They provided an excellent discount and they worked with us to get us on their schedule quickly so that we did not sustain any further interior water damage.  They clearly put the customer first and did all they could to make sure we received the best service at a very fair price.  Jay and Ashlee know their business, are terrific to work with and and it very evident they enjoy what they do!!

Our roof is very large (6000 sqft) and they were able to remove and replace the roof with Owens Corning shingles in two days.  The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up after this big job!

RCV Roofing replaced the roof on our home October, 2016. From the initial telephone call to the final thorough clean up, the professionalism and knowledge of roofing, roofing material, their suggestions for improvements, the documentation we were supplied with during the process and the timeliness of it all was impressive. Also, we want to give a hold hearted thanks to all involved for their professional workmanship, for answering our many questions and for completing a special request of installing the new cupola we bought. RCV sent a representative very quickly when we contacted them for an estimate. As we had a leak, the serviceman tarped all areas of concern. He was polite and helpful in explaining the insurance process which we needed to initiate. When the adjuster came out, Jay walked the roof with him. He was diligent in impressing upon the adjuster just exactly how damaged the roof was and ensured we got the best coverage possible. Jay was very helpful in explaining all of our options and provided clear, detailed estimates. When the work crew arrived, they were polite, efficient, and mindful of people coming and going throughout the day. They completed our roof replacement in a single day and then came back to complete the gutter work. We have children and dogs and were concerned about nails and such. No need. The work crew went around the house mulitiple times doing clean up and checking for nails. They were emaculate. Not having dealt with an insurance claim like this before, Jay and Ashlee were wonderfully pleasant, patient, and helpful in understanding the process. We are very pleased with the whole process, and the roof looks great!

After a severe windstorm in March 2016, I had RCV inspect the roof on our 2.5 year old house for damage and loose shingles.  They found that over 30% of the shingles had not sealed, the nail pattern was totally incorrect for 60 mph wind (Indiana mandate), and there were no starter shingles or drip edges installed.  Jay Nelson and his crew came out multiple times to show me the parts of the roof that were most vulnerable to high winds (we get straight-line winds here).  I was on a ladder watching as they lifted shingle after shingle, sometimes five at a time.

It took a lot of convincing, but weighing those results against the cost of replacing drywall, mold remediation, PLUS a new roof, we decided it was cost-effective to just replace the roof.

Good thing we did, because when RCV tore off the old shingles they found several large holes in the decking and no ice/water barrier in the valleys.  Jay and his crew carefully photo-documented the tear-off and the sloppy construction and sent me the images, which I then forwarded to the Indiana AG for an ongoing case against the builder.  Even though they had completed another job earlier that day, the crew worked very late to finish our roof, and came back the next day to inspect and do touch-up.

Now we have a secure, 50-year roof, and we sleep through storms just fine.  I highly recommend RCV and their product, Owens-Corning. 

RCV was fantastic to work with.  Very professional and helpful throughout the process of getting quotes, selecting options, and performing the work.  Any minor issues with the work were promptly corrected.  

We get complements from neighbors on our new roof and are very pleased with the results.  Highly recommended.  

They were spot on as for their estimate. Arrived as scheduled and even took pictures of our roof where we could see the trouble spots. Very professional and courteous from the office to on the job site. Cleaned up after themselves which is many times an issue when having work done at our home. Explain action of their product and description of what they were proposing to do was always very clear. Always returned my phone calls or emails promptly and even alerted me when their was a delay in install of gutters because the color I picked was on back order. Did a wonderful job and have no problem in using them again. Have since recommended them to a friend and they offered the same prompt reasonably priced service as they did to me. Great job!

Jay the owner personally gave me the estimate and help me pick the tiles. Then he got the work done within 3 days as I wanted to get it done before Thanksgiving. He kept me informed of every step from the beginning to the end of the project, as there were some big surprises. I was able to make informed choices the whole time. I was very pleased with their services.

We had a simple job for them.  We needed a gutter replaced, and they had a leftover piece of guttering from another job in the neighborhood.  They did the job cheaply and well.  (I'm guessing on the date and price above.)  I cannot say how well they would do on a more extensive regular job, but I would not hesitate to try them out on it.

Originally, I had asked for an entire roof replacement estimate as well to have as a comparison and for future planning, but that never materialized even after a few emails back and forth.  In August, I signed the contract to have them complete the repairs as quoted and I was very pleased with the promptness and attention to detail.  They even painted the boards they replaced before installing, which I hadn't expected them to do.
