Description of Work: Performed the work as required, but the entire interaction was directed toward selling us a new roof. While the roof was due to be replaced the entire sales approach focused on convincing me to file an insurance claim based on some alleged "hail damage" on a 18 year-old-roof. Showed me several photos, some of which were not even our roof. Generally was not impressed with their tactics.

Our goal is to do an inspection and present you with our findings - apparently our PM felt it would be worth your while to present the findings to your insurance company - which ultimately could be very favorable for you. Description of Work: Rapid Restoration was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive in regards to setting up the appointment and communicating when they would arrive. They also were very helpful in regards to other roof repairs/items that needed to be done. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Put tarps all around house, covered pool and landscaping, finished in 1 day, good cleanup, some nails found, nothing unusual. Rep easy to deal with. Accepted insurance payment - worked with our adjuster. Have not walked roof but looks good. Found one leak, immediate response -appears to have been caused by ice backup because of bad winter we had. Recommend them.
