Hoosier Tire was rebranded as Neal Tire several years ago. I’ve taken my vehicles there for years but never had a bad experience until recently. I needed a new set of tires and brakes. They charged me over S2200.00 for this service but also damaged all four wheels in the process and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Recent management changes have destroyed this business sense of integrity and customer service.

I called and asked for an estimate for rear shocks, ONLY rear shocks. I did not ask about front struts but when he called me back with an estimate he had decided that my front struts needed replacing too and quoted me just over $1000 for front struts and rear shocks. I am tired of automotive shops selling services to women that are not asked for so, i have decided not to give this company my business, EVER.

Very good. Very reliable service; they explained all the problems, and how they would fix it. Very fast, too.

I did not have an appointment but these guys got me in right away and with a smile. They let me know what the price would be before doing the work. (I listed the amount as $150 but I do not remember the exact amount.) I could tell that they had even tried to move my seat back up to the original position (I have it a little close to the steering wheel.) it is the little things that really help to add up to a pleasant experience.

I've been here a few times now to get my tires patched and things of that nature. The crew is really nice and helpful and they do excellent work at a very fair price! Highly recommended!

We have been very happy with them. Once, when my husband brought his car in for repairs, they informed him that the repair wasn’t needed! I was impressed with their honesty because they didn’t make any money off this. They are ready for me when i come in and are very pleasant.
