We are "A" Rated because we started out approximately 11 years ago doing the basic handyman projects developing over these years a well-rounded appreciation of all aspects of taking care of customers homes. Lee are now a general contractor with a humble attitude about our work, hopefully you can see that in all our reviews. It went very well. I have used these contractors for several projects over the years and for my clients in need of the services that they provide and they are always, timely, knowledgeable, show attention to detail and reasonably priced as compared to other service providers. I will always afford them the opportunity to perform any task before I would choose another contractor.

Great experience from start to finish. Pryce McIntosh and his brother Bob make a great team. We were in the process of selling our home when an inspection uncovered a problem. They came out quickly and promptly to inspect our roof. Once we chose them for the job they showed up on time with a great crew and got the job done in one day. They worked with our insurance company when additional work was needed due to water damage. The waste trailer was removed the same day as well. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and there were no hassles whatsoever. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with Integrity Property Services. The owner responded soon after my request and was here the next morning. He fully explained the problem and repaired the area that was leaking. He also took time to explain what needed to be done over the years to maintain the area. He also checked roof for wear and hail damage. I will definitely call them again when I have a repair need.

Integrity Property Services Inc. did an excellent job. Even with the crazy Indiana weather, they completed the job in a timely matter. No company is perfect, but what sets them apart is how they handle situations that may arise at the site. I have not dealt with many companies that can compare to customer service and quality than Integrity Property Services Inc.

Integrity completed my job quickly, affordably, and with care. They had great communication throughout the process and even helped out with some additional items I didn't even notice to finish the job as thoroughly as possible. They even took in my trash can for me!

This was done in two steps. The first step was tor remove the fireplace hearth. After the new flooring was installed they came back to rebuild the hearth. Both parts of the job was done well and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very please with finished job.

Excellent! We've been working with Pryce for about 2 or 3 years now and we always call them if anything needs done. They first helped us replace rotting wood around a window and since then they have done several more windows (we're contacting them today actually to do the next set), they've replaced our roof, fixed our gutters, reattached some fallen off siding, replaced some rotten wood trim along our home and gave us a great recommendation for someone to do our floors. They're simply phenomenal and reasonable and hard-working. We're so lucky we found them after we became homeowners as they are great to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

My mother had passed away and I was tasked with selling her home. It needed a lot of work. There was a strong odor of cat/dog urine and many things needed to be replaced or fixed before the realtor said the home would have a chance to sell at market value. The first two contractors who provided a quote were both in the neighborhood of $30,000.00. I was nearly on the edge of giving up until I met Pryce and his crew. Pryce quoted me less than half of what the other two contractors did at ~$13,000. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and transparent. Most of our communication took place via text. Pryce liked to use text as a way to reiterate or summarize an ongoing statement of work. This worked well for me too. There was no upfront payment. Pryce did not ask for a dime until there was a significant cost out of his pocket such as after the flooring was installed throughout the home or painting completed. I live in Carmel and this home was in Avon so it was important to me for someone to just own whatever needed to happen so we could get this home ready to sale. Pryce took care of everything and did much more than what was even on the invoice. He had someone who could handle anything. After the work was done, I wanted to get a home inspection to be in front of any surprises when we sell the home. Pryce, again, took care of everything and scheduled a certified, independent home inspector. Many small things came up on the report not tied to the work Pryce had handled. Everything was fixed for less than $800. For final polishing, Pryce had the home thoroughly deep cleaned. My mom’s home sold in just a few short weeks for much more than what my mother initially paid for the home. I can’t thank Pryce enough for his role in making this possible. I quickly learned that contractors can be very unreliable so finding someone like Pryce whose not out to get you and keeps his word is hard to find. I included pictures of the estimates and home after finished to show the quality of work. Keep in mind these estimates were based on specific measurements to this home so don’t call up Pryce and say you did it for that guy at this price!!!!!

They were very responsive and great communicators. Pryce and Bobby are experienced, very reasonably priced, and I would use them any time and I plan to use them again. They even cleaned up the trash around the trash bin which was not theirs! They were able to fix the problem as described and within budget.

The entire process went great. These guys were at my house that afternoon and submitted a very reasonable quote. By 4:00 the next afternoon all work was completed and my mind rested more easily. Not only did the repair work look great, but future problems were avoided. I will not hesitate one minute to call on Pryce anytime I need work done at my house.

Very well. Pryce and his brother provide personal, knowledgeable service and are always patient and willing to work with my sometimes odd ideas. They are honest and open about what types of work they can and can't do but there has been very little they are unable to at least improve.
