They are very personable. They really try and work with all levels of kids. They always make sure that they encourage the kids, even if you may not be the best one in the class. They try to provide opportunities for all kids. We went to the dance convention in Indianapolis through them. They knew that a lot of the kids wouldn't be able to go and she held a fundraiser so that the kids who may not be able to go could get a chance to earn more money to go. She also bought some snacks and bottles of water and had that stuff at the hotel room where we stayed. It is all family that works there for the most part. The mother and two daughters take classes as well as the son who does some of the instrument lessons. It is just a nice family atmosphere. They are very conscious about the appropriateness of clothes and dance movements and they really try to watch that. Even the high school girls don't have scanty costumes and they make sure that everything is covered.
