Mr. Lewis is awesome. I picked up the starter and then ran back for the battery while he began on the starter right in my driveway. He got it all in in an hour or so, and I drove around the block. Same day service and I'm back on the road with the van. It was perfect. Call Mr. Lewis! You won't regret it.

Mechanic responded earlier than expected once he confirmed it with me that it was ok to come early. I told him what I had done and the symptoms and he quickly got to work replacing the joint. It took maybe 1.25 - 1.5 hours from start to finish.

It didn't go. Spoke to the person on the phone and he refused to come out to my home to help me fix my Corvette.

Mr. Lewis was able to accommodate me into his schedule the same day I called which I greatly appreciated given my situation. My driver side power window went down and never come back up. Auto glass companies like Safelite were turning me away because my glass wasn't cracked or broken so I decided to trust Angie's List and all the good reviews J & W MOBILE AUTO had and that was a wise decision. Mr. Lewis called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to say he was on the way. He got straight to work dismantling my Cadillac Deville door panel and found a broken regulator was the cause. He replaced the regulator, reassembled the door panel, took a check and he was on his way. Very easy and convenient.

Whycham happened to be on our side of town when we discovered our starter on our Honda Odyssey went out. Purchased a starter and met him at our house. He was punctual and got the job done for the price he quoted. Would certainly use J&W again.

On Initial phone contact, I wasn't sure I had reached the correct business, it sounded more like a private number. Wycham was very accommodating to my scheduling. It was extremely convenient to have this service performed at my home rather than sitting with my kids at a dealership or quick lube center. A bit more expensive than I anticipated from the other reviews, but we use a synthetic oil which Wycham picked up especially for our job. Would definitely use J & W again. Worth the extra money for the convenience and service I received.

Great service! It was very convenient to have someone come to us. The service was performed in a timely and quick manner, and the provider checked with me afterward to be sure I was satisfied.

This was a great experience! Mobile service saved us the price of a tow (+). He showed up on time (+), was very polite (+) and totally honest with us (+++). This is a very old car with high mileage, so we weren't sure it was just the battery and how much we'd invest to save it. He wanted to jump the battery first to see what was happening, and the car started. He thought the starter might be going bad, but after starting the engine up several times he didn't think it was. He told us the battery didn't need to be replaced, just charged. He charged us $45 for the trip fee and I was glad to pay that plus tip him because of his kindness and honesty. I would recommend him highly and will definitely call him again!

I had bought a coupon for an oil change and forgot about it. I was contacted and reminded to have my service done which I did. Punctual and courteous. I would and plan on using again.

Changed the oil, inspected and diagnoised the vehicle. He was prompt and gave me a very thorough list of what needed to be fixed with the vehicle. I would hire again.

He was very nice and professional. The oil change was pretty quick. He did the inspection and told me my wheel bearings were about ready to fall off and needed to be replaced immediately. He also told me I needed new breaks, but the wheels were more immediate. He gave me estimates for both that seemed competitive. He even left the car jacked up a bit to show me how shaky the wheels were. I thought maybe he was just trying to get more money from me but he didn't push it... And I was pregnant at the time and figured I should at least get the wheels fixed for safety reasons. I asked if he could come to my house and do it, and he came that Sunday. It took him a while, but it was no bother since I was at home. I would probably use him again, especially for oil changes, since he comes to you and it's so convenient.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. I was running late and he was on time. I told him that he didn't have to wait because I didn't want to mess up his schedule and he waited for me. He did a great job. He was very polite. I was very happy with him.

Wycham came out to my office and did the oil change while I was at work. It was very easy to schedule the appointment, and he looked around at my car and recommended i get a few other items looked at. It could not have been more convenient! I would definitely use them again.

Bought a Big Deal for mobile oil change. They came to my office and changed the oil while I was at work. Very convenient and everything went great!

This was a Big Deal, so you can't beat the price. Everything went good, but I did have a concern that he didn't have the 5-20W oil recommended for my car. He stated that the 5-30W oil would be fine for the summer.

Individual was very friendly and personable. Changed oil in my vehicle and informed me of the excellent condition my car was in. Cleaned up afterwards and was very quick with the service. From start to finish, a very professional experience.

I bought a big deal for a mobile oil change and an inspection. It went great! Wycham was very accomedating and very thorough. He met me at my work downtown to perform the oil change. He ended up finding 2 major issues, one being potentially dangerous which I am very greatful for. We scheduled a time to do the repairs two days later which will also be done at my place ofwork. It was a professional and rewarding experience from start to finish; after all it's not the first time they worked for me in the past and unlike another company who I can never depend on, this company is just the opposite. I am pleased by how they worked.
