It went absolutely well. It took him about 30 or 40 minutes. He was a nice guy, he's got the job done quickly. His price was pretty high to put a light bulb but he had to climb up on them, he had to use a truck, it's different because of the light way up in the air so we paid the price. The quality was fine. He was here right on time when he said he'd be here.

They were good. He could not figure out what the problem was the first time he came out, so he came back the next day so her won't just keep running up the charge. It was a junction box that had been left and caused a shortage, so he had to bring a special tool back the next day and kept working until he figured it out. They are very friendly, explained everything that they were doing as they were doing it, explained some electrical code because that was basically not in code to have a junction box there and we were trying to get an oven and the oven wasn't coded. I'm sure I'll call them back.

Took 15 minutes to install light switch. Spent a lot of time talking. Charged for one hour plus travel charge.

I called for an est after the storm came through and took the electric line off our roof--the estimate guy came out within 24 hours.
When I had the company back out to complete the job the tech didn't have the correct part to complete the job. He knocked on the door and told me he would be back shortly as he had to run to the hardware store to get the part and would be back.
He finished up the job and was very polite and showed me the work he completed before asking for payment. Very time efficient and professional. 
Was very happy that even though he didn't have the part on the truck he was able to complete the job quickly. Other companies would have said they had to come back another day and finish the job. Overall extremely happy with the prices, quality of work and professionalism from company. 
We have had several storms since then and have had no problems with the work they completed for us.  

He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts in his truck. He installed the parts and it works like a champ. I am so very pleased. This is the 7th or 8th time I've used this company. They are always civil, polite, and interested in my problem.

I want to compliment the man that solved the problem, Bill Rhynearson (who was most accommodating and pleasant), but also the woman who answered the phone and Mike Watson -the repair manager, who worked with me on rescheduling our original appointment without complaint.

They were unable to locate the pices needed for the job, therefore the ended up needing to make a second trip. Both of the items were a special order piece. They were very professional and spent time explaining the different options to me. I would definitely use their services in the future.

My husband and I were very pleased with the services provided.  \they were both very professional, very friendly and actually finished the job UNDER what I was qouted.  Will definitely be using them again!  I already have a to-do list!!

Sam from Frye Electric showed up on time.  He examined my breaker panel and determined there was merely some surface oxidation on the neutral wire that he was able to easily clean off.  He assured me that my breaker panel was in great condition.  Additionally, he removed some wire that was disconnected but not removed by last week's electrician.  I have an 85-year-old house, and about 2/3 of the wiring is upgraded, while some is original BX.  The first electrician told me I urgently needed to replace it. Sam basically said if it ain't broke, don't fix it.  The remaining original wiring in my house is in great shape and is safe.  The bigger issue he uncovered was that the circuit breaker installed by the other electrician last week is a code violation.  It is a 20-amp circuit connected to a 14-gauge wire.  I am appalled that the first electrician didn't even realize this.  I am now in a battle with the original electrician to get him to come out and replace the breaker at no cost due to the faulty work.  I'm half-tempted to just pay Frye Electric to come out and do the work....
The price I paid was less than half of what I was quoted, because I didn't need as much work as I had thought.
I will ONLY use Frye Electric for ALL of my electrical needs in the future. I appreciate the honesty and candor.  That is difficult to find.  I highly recommend this company!

 I take alot from the first call/contact with a company.  It went well.
They gave me the appx cost and how it worked as to doing work or not.
 They were able to come on Saturday with charging some extreme cost
The technician( Brandon i believe) went right to work. Was curtious, neat and organised.
 Maybe here a couple hours, he found the problem.

Great experience

We received several estimates, and Frye Elec. came in almost $5000 below the other estimates.  They did NOT find any reason to charge me more than what they had  originally estimated.  
 The gentleman  (Sam and Pete) that were sent to work on our house were wonderful.  They called when they said they would call. They were on time every day.  They were very friendly and even fun to work with.  They explained everything so that we would understand what was going on.  They were able to make suggestions when necessary.  
Initially, it was stated that the job would take four days.  Unfortunately, because we live in an old house making for a few stumbling blocks, it did take approximately one and a half days longer to finish.  I had anticipated that might be the case so it came as no surprise.  Luckily this did not cause any issues as I am able to work from home when necessary and didn't have to take time off of work to be here for them to get the work done.  A couple of days after the job was completed, we had an issue with some outlets.  They were quick to get out to the house, diagnose, and fix the problem right away.  As big of a job as it was, having a small issue did not surprise me either.  
 I will make one recommendation to Frye Electric.  They need to require their workers to wear those booties over their shoes to protect flooring.  It was not an issue for us as our flooring is going to be replaced.  But, for a homeowner not replacing, it could be a concern.
If I need any electrical work done in the future, I will use Frye, and will request Sam and Pete to do the job!  I will also recommend them to friends and family.

They are professional, on time, gave me a decent price and showed up when they said they would.
